    I bought it in first place for $850 refurbished and when arrived the screen had a black spot. Im leaving 4 stars after all cause customer service was nice and i end up pay the difference and buy a new one. Not hassle at all.

    Phone came in good condition but the pen was cracked and the volume key was sticky. Price should have been dropped due to that. Phone came with a charger only.
