Phone came with a lot of scratches in the screen and more scratches and dirty spots in the back. I was so disappointed that Bestbuy sent me a low quality product like this stating its certified. What a shame.

Pros: The size and weight of this phone are great - big enough but still light. The resolution was amazing for the few things I used before returning. The refurbished phone looked brand new! Cons: Transfer cord was the only thing provided with the refurbished phone - no charger, no sim card pin, no booklet... and the transfer cord didn’t work. Quality phone cases for this model are near impossible to find - could only find heavy duty cases that are too big for a women's pocket, and super slim silicon sleeves don't actually protect phones... even an associate validated my issue.

Was not unlocked. So could not use on the provider we wanted. But other than that it is a good phone

Bought a Samsung S20 refurbished. Was told that it was compatible with my cell carrier-Consumer Cellular. Phone was shipped to me and I took it in to store. Zac transferred all data perfectly and everything worked great with the exception of phone and text services! Wow. Told me that that that I had to contact Consumer Cellular to figure it out. Went across street to Consumer Cellular only to be told the same-was not compatible to that phone. So took back to Best Buy to return phone to them. They transferred everything back to my original phone. However my email did not transfer! I was charged $40 by Best Buy to make a transfer that didn't work. The fact that it didn't work was not their problem and I would not be credited the $40. Now I have a phone that has no email but phone and text but also have to have my old phone to read my emails!!!

Not a good product , i am having problem with the batteries on this phone , and now i can't return this phone.. i will never buy refurbished again..

Best buy online send me wrong phone. I purchased Verizon unlock phone and was send to Verizon store to connect. Then Verizon told me its not a Verizon its AT&T so back to the store to return it for lower name brand because there was non in store and online. This will be the last time i perches phone with Best buy,what a nightmare.

I am surprised at how much I like this phone for my grandson. The price was excellent for such high quality of phone. I'm wishing that I thought to buy this model myself instead of paying as much as I did for my S25.

terrible mistake buying this phone. touch screen issues that samsung cant seem to fix. plus screen black out and glitching. ive been thru three in three months, now arguing with warranty dept bc they want to send me a FOURTH FE and i just want out of this series. they wont credit me the money i got for the trade in (they wont work with me AT ALL actually) so that i can get the phone i want and pay whatever is extra. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID!
