I bought this phone so cheap, can't say how much but I expected a phone with dent and scratch but surprisingly No, it looks brand new to me, everything is fine, battery is great, screen has no sign of scratch, it come with one ui 6, i updated to one ui7 and the phone is fast, then pan was new too! this phone is the best deal that i've ever had. thanks best buy

This is my second refurbished phone I've bought from BestBuy. First one was great, came almost brand new, near perfect condition. This one, however, has a couple cracks on the screen. One is chipping and already gave me a sliver of glass in my thumb. On the back of the phone it is evident that it was dropped. The back of the phone is cracked as well which has me worried for the integrity of the battery and internal systems. In addition to the cracks, its also missing the S-pen, which was part of the appeal of buying the Ultra vs 22+ and spending the extra money. This should have been sold as Open Box in fair condition, not as a refurbished product. It's not only incomplete, but it's clearly had some damage done to it. Rarely am I disappointed in BestBuy, but opening this box was a huge letdown.

The paint is scratched on the side of the frame with a small dent around the camera ring. Both damages are barely noticeable. Other than that, the phone feels brand new, and I'm completely satisfied.

Best experience… looks like brand new. Its been a month m using this product as of now its working perfect. Would definitely recommend refurbished devices from best buy.

I've had this phone for 4 months and its gone great. I had trouble with shipping this and my experience was pretty typical of Best Buy open box products. The phone was in perfect condition but they had issues with stock. After ordering the product my order was delayed indefinitely on the grounds that their website was wrong and they did not have stock. I spent a bunch of time messaging their support and it eventually got sent. This was not the last time I had this experience.

I've never been one to go out and buy a flagship phone. Obviously, I would love to have one, but something like a phone, I just don't use enough to justify a $1000+ purchase. Anyway, I caught this on sale for $650 after the launch of the S23. Coming from an S9, this was a gigantic upgrade. The responsiveness, the screen quality, the S Pen functionality, the AI picture editing, Windows PhoneLink integration, everything about it is light years ahead of my old phone and I don't think I've ever been happier with a mobile device. I picked up a case from Dbrand and I'm on my way. Been using this phone for a few months now and I honestly don't understand how the S23 could even be better. Battery life maybe? I'm someone who carries a charger with me always, and a battery bank, so maybe I'm not the best person to comment on battery life, but I think in 2023, you're silly if you don't have a battery bank in your go bag. So many things depend on it. Always, works perfectly with my Galaxy Buds and my Samsung TVs. I don't know that I'd ever pay the MSRP on a phone like this... but for $650, one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I am in love with my phone. Camera is really good. Even when i took the photo at night, it is really beautiful. Battery last for longer time. Theee is nothing to complain about. I was hesitate to buy this phone due to mixed review. But now i cam say that i made a good choice.

Besides the dates being wrong and taking forever to get here, the phone was perfect! Would highly recommend

I was initially hesitant about getting a refurbished phone, but my experience with the Samsung S22 Ultra has been fantastic. The camera quality is superb, and the phone’s performance is as smooth as ever. The battery life is impressive, and the display is simply stunning. Plus, the cost savings compared to buying brand new are definitely worth it.

The phone was in perfect condition, like brand new, but was locked. Reported like stolen or payment due.

I Googled show me the phone with the best picture and I got an s22 Ultra. thank goodness for Best Buy's Geek Squad I Trust them implicitly and got a great deal.

As for the functionality of the phone itself, it performed just fine. As for the UI and OS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Youre better off keeping your older phone model because there is truly nothing spectacular about the S22 Ultra that merits this ridiculous price point! Especially the fact that you have to buy a 45w charging box for $50 seperately!! I own a S20 and had this phone for 3 days before I decided to return it and keep my S20!! Unless you have an undying need for a stylus to write with or to take upclose pictures of the moon, then save your money or buy a new computer instead!
