This is the first android phone I've had in almost 5 years. I really like the features and the size. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is the battery life. I do think that it has a lot to do with the fact that it's a refurbished phone and not new. I also tend to use my phone more than I probably should, but not THAT long that the battery dies within two days. Other than that, I love this phone. It was definitely an upgrade in storage, picture resolution, and ease of typing.

So far I'm very happy with my upgrade to the Galaxy S9. I recently switched carriers and used that as an excuse to upgrade my equipment as well. The phone has added facial recognition to unlock, has good front (8MP) and rear facing (12MP) cameras, and access to the Google play library of Apps. The 64GB of internal memory is twice that of my S7, and can be expanded by 256 MB with a microSD card. I'm still learning about the new features, but thumbs up so far!

Wow - I've bought refurbs before but this one is in fantastic shape. It was polished when it arrived and only has a few very, very small marks. Came with a compatible charger, which you don't always get buying a used phone. Get this one!

This phone was bought as a refurb but is in brand new condition. No scratches, still wrapped up. Love it! *Be advised, Sunrise gold is actually Rose Gold.

I have gone twice to best buy new hartford ny this week. My first time was on monday night at approximately 6:10 pm. I waited at the phone site for over 5 minutes with no help. I went to customer service and was told after 6pm on Mondays they don't offer phone sale service. Thus I went again tonight at 5pm, assuming at this hour they would have someone to help at this hour. Again a 5 minute wait. No one was there or came to help. For those of us who work during the day how are we to get service. Extremely disappointed. I have always come to BB for phone sales. No more. Not sure the point of being in business to sell phones if they dont have anyone to sell or serve customers.
