A: I think because it isn't considered"new." I bought mine "open box" in the store & there's nothing wrong with it at all. The sticker on the box said minor scratches but I haven't seen them.
A: This one was not. We actually had the discussion with a friend that enabled her apple watch on cellular snd when it comes down to it are ever really wothout your cellphone? The bluetooth connection and even the ablulity to answer and talk on calls is all there with your phone nearby. You can leave your phone in your pocket and do all these feom the watch. And you dont need to pay the extra $10 a month for another line

Solid Overall
Great watch, tons of widgets/apps such as calorie counters, calendars, pedometers, etc. You can select different faces and read your notifications as the watch subtly vibrates when you receive one. Setup however, was a nightmare, and I only feel I got lucky after a combination of shutting the watch off and restarting my phone repeatedly. The error message "Check your phone to complete setup" was beyond infuriating and I was a day away from returning and switching to Fitbit. After that though, the product has worked perfectly and usually has about 2 days of life before needing a charge.

Great smart watch
Love the watch love the display I can change to different backgrounds bought it certified refurbished looks like brand new. Love that it tracks step’s, heart rate has many more options connects via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi. Battery last about day an a half but I charge it every night so no issues there. Love the dial to see various screens look fancy and good quality. Syncs everything to the app on my phone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Sporty, feminine, spunky and classy
This watch looks so beautiful and functional. It's feminine yet sporty, spunky and classy at the same time. Since its refurbished, the battery life isnt as long as a brand new one, but it would still last a day and a half with a charge.
