This is regarding my order no. BBY01-806920701461 purchased on February 23, 2024. The order consist of the below item: Samsung - M50C 27" Smart Tizen FHD Monitor with Streaming TV, HDR10, Built-in Speakers (HDMI, USB) - Black Model:LS27CM502ENXGO SKU:6544152 I requested for a return via Best Buy’s website and was informed that the item is returnable until March 15, 2024. Upon visiting the Best Buy store, I was told by one of customer representatives that the system will not accept my item because it exceeds the 15 days return policy. I was baffled and upset because the website says that my order is within the 15 days return policy. Yet, the store is unable to accept my item. Best Buy’s website is misleading consumers like myself informing them of a return date that is not acceptable in store or via mail. I was given back my item which was a huge inconvenience because not only did I had to over $50 Uber round trip to the Best Buy store but my item was rejected. Also, I was charged $13.90 for UPS to pickup my Best Buy item at my place of residency which could have been avoided. On top of that, Best Buy customer service informed me that the warehouse will more than likely return my item back to me. As a Best Buy Total Rewards customer, I am appalled and disappointed with the type of services rendered to me. I followed all of Best Buy policies and procedures. This has caused a negative impact on my mental health and financial stress. With that being said, I would like Best Buy to shed some light on this matter.

Small bathroom TV. Works great, looks great! I can add apps. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Another great product from Samsung. Love the smart features built in. Able to go from work mode to relax mode with the push of a button. Pretty much a smart tv without a cable connection on the back. Wouldn’t mind purchasing the 32’ 4k in the future !

Bought as a gift for my wife. She was looking at other white monitors, but when i saw this one, i mad an executive decision and went with this one. The main reason was originally just because it had built in speakers, but then seeing that it had a remote and built in smart apps, icing on the cake! My wife loves it! It was more then she was expecting and still in the price range of other monitors she looked at.

Loved this purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for! It works perfectly, it's the perfect size and it looks so cute in my home office.

Overall, great monitor. It's perfect for a TV/monitor. I use it in my kitchen and sometimes need a monitor while wfh. I ended up returning it due to the price. I bought the M07C (same monitor w/o the camera) from Samsung for $200.

the tv works fine and was installed quickly. I am very happy with the way it works. Had one problem. Finally found out out to use remote and increase volume

I love this smart moniter as it goes great with my rooms setup having extra things that connect to my home setup makes me happy. And it was at a great price too.

Beautiful monitor. I do wish the remote for my TV didn't also control my PC mnitor but oh well.

Love this monitor and all the options. The screen resolution is good, as well as the pixels. Would recommend this monitor.

Great monitor, my son loves it. I bough it for his birthday he uses it to play video games as well as watch movies.
