Phone was packaged, shipped, and received very quickly (within a week). Phone quality is amazing, it's a bigger phone than expected but not an issue at all. I had a very old phone, so this is something I have to get used to (it has face recognition and a bunch of new updated technology). The camera is BEAUTIFUL and very clear. Sound is loud and clear. Battery has lasted me 2 days upon opening. Compatible with my carrier (mint mobile). This phone was used and refurbished but came looking brand new. Overall this is an excellent phone, I am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased for a replacement phone for my dad. He loves it and is always on it playing his games. Nice big screen and very responsive for the games he plays like poker, dominos, and solitaire.

Don’t waste you time and money. Bought this phone for my dad who leave out of the country m. It’s did last 3 months. The volume bottom got stuck couldn’t go up so he never heard it ring.

As advertised, lightly used pre-owned phone came with very minor scuffing on the back, but otherwise flawless screen. Included a new charging cable. Inserted SIM, and good to go.
