Great except that att will not support this phone

Nothing was wrong with the phone except att will not let you get a 4g phone even to replace the exact same model Then on top of that best buy changed me a $45 dollar restocking fee.

Sim card window stuck

The sim card bay for this phone is stuck. The return window has closed and I don't know how to seek redress. Best buy's service function on the website goes to a online chatbot that is ineffective. I don't intend to buy from Best buy ever again. This is why Amazon has the reputation and market cap it does relative to Best Buy.
