My father really liked it, it was a gift, it was unlocked and works well in another country

I decided to buy this cellphone because it will be easier for me to handle, I have one A32 4G then I could get the 5G because I am really satisfied with my old cell. And there is a soft change because it is the new version. And as I expected, everything has been great, I am happy

The phone itself is fine, good price for performance. However this second replacement I purchased from Best Buy was not refurbished properly, the screen is not set in the top right corner and flexes away from the phone during normal use. The phone functions perfectly fine but the screen not being seated properly speaks to quality control issues.

Purchased to use phone in a different country. It’s been approximately 5 months since I have been using the device. Overall it was worth the purchase and a great product.

What a bargain, looks and works like brand new. Super fast too.

I would never buy a refurbished phone from best buy what they did actually scamming you The front camera is blurry and seems like it's been opened

Phone was not unlocked (it was locked to T-Mobile) and the SIM Card in it was furthermore not even compatible with the phone. And that after it was delayed a half-week longer than expected, too, adding insult to injury.

It's a good phone I would recommend it to anybody I like it

Bought the phone and attempted to register it with a cell service only to be told that the phone is either locked by another provider or that it has been reported as lost or stolen. Called BestBuy and they only tell me that the can fix the problem by replacing it but I am 1 day outside of the window. ~~DO NOT BUY A REFURB FROM BEST BUY~~

Perfect phone if your like me and just have terrible luck due to frequent work related incidents just put your chip in load up and pick up where u left off

Disappointed. Worked only 1 week. Now it’s not working. When I checked with Samsung, they said out of manufacture warranty

Unable to use with new phone provider. Charge $45 never activated the phone no way to find out if a Refurbished phone will work with spectrum can’t afford to keep spending $45 on returns
