Got this as my son's first phone and it does the job fine. Its not fancy but is reasonably priced and works as intended.

Still using my phone after losing mine traveling I purchased this preowned and it was practically new. I’ve had nonissues with it and the price was unbeatable

Replaced our landline and gave us access to the home phone no matter our location---should have done this sooner. Seamlessly ported our number (well as seamlessly as I think it can be done) and now enjoy the freedom of still receiving calls from family and friends without having them call a different number. That was not the primary reason though. My wife needed a cell phone other than her company issued device and this just made sense. Next step is to finally connect my Obihai 200 to the network and put Google Voice to work with a "secret" number that maybe will let us avoid spam calls for a week or two! As for the phone itself it's a great phone with a fantastic camera. The 64GB will allow my wife to take more pictures than we can review when she shops thrift stores. We live in a metropolitan area so coverage is great. We will see how it works when we travel to the mountains. As for it being pre-owned it was in beautiful condition straight out of the box.

Good phone, high processing speed. However, battery life was lower than expected, probably because it's refurbished. Screen is quite fragile too, recommend the protection plan.

The cell reception was not good. After hours of troubleshooting it was determined the Access Point Names (APN) list in the settings was completely empty. This information needs to be set up for proper cell and data service. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting this and setting up the configurations needed. Why would you sell a phone without this being set up?

Great little phone. I bought this phone when it was new and my son liked it so much that I bought him this one. Great apps, and camera is clear even in lower light. Holds plenty of Mp3s.

I purchased a used Samsung S9, it seemed to be in great condition. I use voice messages all the time; but the microphone doesn't work. Unfortunately, my cellphone fall from my pocket and the display is broken, and now i can't return it.

Not the latest technology, but still a great cell phone and a real bargain at the price. Best Buy sales person was super helpful for all of the tech issues involved with changing phones.
