I was a little apprehensive about buying a refurbished product. The tablet was shipped in a sturdy carton and it arrived in excellent condition - no scratches, no scuffs, no scratches on the screen, no dead pixels. I've had it for several months and the battery holds a charge very well. No unexpected reboots or crashes. No problems with the WiFi dropping out. I bought two. Only one had the key to open the external memory cover. Not a problem. A paper clip works just fine. Very happy to get this refurbished product in excellent condition at an excellent price. If you see it, buy it fast, they go out of stock quickly.

The certified refurbished product came in good condition without any scratches on the screen. The tablet worked perfectly. However, the SD card slot was slightly protruding and noticed that it was damaged from previous use. It would not read any SD cards that work well with other android devices,

I was eager to return to a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and the only way I could afford one was to buy refurbished, however; I am not sure refurbish means the same to me as it must to Best Buy. It could not have been inspected for function because it would not work! It was resold not refurbished. When I returned it to Best Buy store the Geek Squad tech could not even get it to work . Bad buy!

The tablet was refurbished and when I get the item there was a dead pixel on the screen... I will go to the store and will ask them to fix it.

Thin light weight but I bought a thick case that I will have to reconsider. Holds battery charge well, like the fingerprint touch, little small however prefer the iPad touch better tho.

No fit-finish issues or physical evidence indicating the unit was actually a refurb. No scratches or flaws of any sort on the case or screen. After using it for a few months now the S2 tab is silky smooth and absolutely flawless. All Marshmallow updates have been updated/installed and can say I'm impressed with the S2's overall Android performance. Saved a bunch of cash with very little risk. Would definitely go this route again.

I can't really rate this item because it wouldn't stay running. This is more about the runaround Best Buy gave me trying to get it repaired. I received the "Certified Refurbished" tablet in the mail and put it in the closet for my wife's birthday. It's not till July 1st but I found a good deal so I ordered it. I decided to open it a week later when she was gone to charge and set it up for her. I'm glad I did. It powered up and within 30 seconds it shut off and restarted again. OK, so I waited, and it did it again and again and again. I checked on the internet for a solution but nothing I could find worked. They called it a "Boot Loop". Seems to happen to these Samsung Galaxy tablets. I set up an appointment with the Geek Squad the next day to see if they could fix it. They informed me that all they do is reinstall software and they don't actually repair anything on site. I said that's fine, ship it back and get it fixed, I have some time. The employee typed in his computer and told me that they could not send it back, it is not repairable. They would give me a refund and I could buy a new one at almost double what I paid for the "Certified Refurbished" item. I guess they neglected to turn it on before they "Certified" it. I then asked if they would send it back to the Best Buy Return Center and they could return it to Samsung and get it repaired. They said no, that I would have to do that. So I went right the post office and sent it to the Return Center. I got an email 4 days later that my money had been refunded to my account. I still had to pay to ship it back and that money was not refunded. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

We received the refurbished Samsung Galaxy S2 9.7-inch tablet in perfect, like-new condition. BestBuy did a great job! Tablet looks and performs just like our brand-new model, but at a great savings!

My tablet arrived with a dead pixel and a line across the screen. The Geek Squad certification clearly means nothing because I could tell there was a problem with the tablet the second I turned it on. I'm planning to return the tablet. Cosmetic defects are fine, but a tablet with a faulty screen is not usable.

I reviewed a lot of tablets before deciding which would be the best for me. I am in love with my Galaxy tabs2. Reading all of the reviews was definitely worth the time and I wound up with an excellent product.
