Customers are enthusiastic about the Carson Forge Collection 2-Drawer Filing Cabinet, despite some concerns about assembly. While some customers found the assembly process to be challenging, others appreciated the sturdiness and spaciousness of the cabinet.
Nice cabinet for the price. Holds a lot. Putting together was time consuming...several hours and would be easier with two people. Instructions for assembly were good. Based on materials (particleboard) I am being cautious about overloading.

Hard to put together when not all parts came in box. After I assembled it looked nice

The file cabinet came with 23 steps to follow which made for 28 pages of instructions. There were 26 parts to put together. There were 67 hardware pieces to attach. There were 58 screws to attach. Some of the hardware and screws could have been preassembled. It was not easy to put together . This did not encourage me to buy from this company again.
