Easy to assemble, received in time, and the delivery folks were helpful enough to place it in the room of my choice as its a heavy box, so pl plan ahead. Gave 1 star less, as the rollers started to squeak within the first week of use, however the squeaking went away after sometime..

Its a great home gym. The booklet comes with excerises already in it, but you can also add different ones. Has a wide range of motion. Would highly recommend.

We purchased this about 2 months ago. It’s used about 3-4 times a week. After a little over a month, the noises started to occur when we use it. Very disappointing and don’t recommend it. It makes the workout uncomfortable with all squeakiness

During the pandemic, fitness equipment has been very scarce to come across. I was happy to be able to find this elliptical from Schwinn. While it might not have all the bells and whistles you may be used to from a commercial gym (and you shouldn't expect that at this price point), it's a great home solution. Setup was very easy and straightforward. I had everything up and running in about 45 minutes and this includes separating all the parts out to make sure everything was there. Everything is labeled nicely to help you know what goes where. Using it was surprising. It feels very solid and durable while also being fairly quiet in use. Most home equipment I've seen below the $1k range tend to be a little squeaky, but I don't get that from Schwinn. Being able to adjust incline (has to be done manually before you step on however) and enough resistance levels to very quickly feel the difficulty increase. Being able to connect your phone/tablet to the AUX port and use the built in speakers to play movies, music, podcasts out of is great. A water bottle holder is also included as well as two digital displays in the event your phone or tablet obstructs your view from the first screen in the tray. two inner handles have HR sensors on them. They seem to be about as accurate as any other grip sensor like this (only a chest monitor delivers the best accuracy in my opinion). One negative to the inner handles is that I feel your arms are close to the outer, moving handles grips. I found myself needing to make sure I kept my elbows tucked to make sure I didn't get rubbed by the outer handles. I have broader shoulders, so this could be a factor in that as well. Another thing I have found to be inaccurate is the calorie counter. This appears to be a pretty normal complain about the 430 around the internet as well. While cardio equipment is never 100% accurate, you usually get close enough. For example, at my normal gym, an intense 30 minute session on a more professional Cybex machine might say I've burned 500+ calories. The Schwinn 430, with the same intensity, might say I've managed a little over 200. While those two models are very different in all ways but form and function, I know how my body feels after my workouts, so having the same feeling and seeing less caloric burn could be a let down for some people not understanding this inaccuracy. Overall, this a great elliptical for home use. Whether you need something because going into your commercial gym isn't possible (especially during COVID, but missing the gym happened before this too) or you just want to make a life change, but prefer to do so away from others, this is definitely worth a look.

Assembly takes about 1+ hours...very heavy, so you may need to unbox and carry parts to desired location. Instructions are easy to follow with adequate pictures to aid in assembly. I have used the 430 for three (3) weeks using level 4. Heart rate as dropped about 20 points and I have lost about 2.5 to 3 pounds. Overall I am very pleased with the 430 and I am looking forward to improving my endurance and getting healthy.

Overall a good piece of exercise equipment for the price. Best Buy, as always, outstanding with price match with Amazon which was a breeze with online customer service (listed 799.99 on Amazon, and 999.99 at Best Buy). Some reviews say its difficult to install, but to us the instructions were very clear and easy to build. One issue we have noticed is the creaking as noted in other reviews. I believe it has to do with loose bolts and / or lube on the gears. After tightening some bolts and some WD-40, no more creaks or not as noticeable. Very easy to use overall. One complaint, the display is not backlit - so if you are in a basement or darker workout room you may have difficult reading it.

I would recommend this work out machine, was easy to setup and easy to use the only downside to it so far is that it making a squeaky noise, but overall a great machine

I purchased this during the pandemic. It took about 45 min to set up. Very easy just time consuming. I had a gym membership but didn’t feel like wearing a mask while working out. It’s pretty bulky but smaller than the gym elliptical.so far I am very happy with it. It’s pretty quiet. The built in fan is like a little personal fan. Doesn’t blow much air. It has a cup and phone holder. I’m very happy with it so far

Many settings to customize the workout intensity. Everything works perfectly. Has made it easier to get a workout than relying on going to a gym or for a walk. Only thing I can say could use some improvement was for the fan to be a bit bigger and move more air.

I had Best Buy’s installers come in and put the elliptical together. They were very professional and was done in about an hour or so. The machine works well and works me out well. It has started making a squeaky noise the first few minutes of a workout.

I am afraid my experience with this elliptical was not good. Delivery and customer service by Best Buy was AMAZING and flawless. My local Harrisburg Best Buy delivery team is amazing. Thanks Carlos and son. I am a very capable person at putting fitness equipment together. This however was the most challenging thing I have ever come across. First of all the directions were nuts. Then some of the bolts and pieces didn't line up. I proceeded to calmly put this together for three evenings after working all day. By the weekend, I was spent. On the 3 rd eve. I tried to put the other petal on it after successfully putting the left on with no problems. This thing would not line up. After doing some inspection of the pedal I realized that is was cracked at the screws in the plastic part. All of that time and energy wasted. I returned it and decided not to get another. Best Buy has the most amazing customer service ever!!! The delivery team came out and picked it up a week later and I had my refund in 2 days. Amazing job Best Buy!!! Schwinn, I really tried and wanted this to work out for me but there were to many issues. Sorry.

I haven't used this much because it sat idle waiting for another service member to come fix the mistake the first installation provider made. Not Schwinn's fault. In using it, it is certainly quiet and I feel like the resistance is much stronger than my 16 year old one that finally bit the dust.

We received the elliptical last Friday and began using it yesterday. So far, the experience is just okay. The unit is sturdy with smooth operation, but it squeaks badly. Per the user manual, lubricating the trails might help with the squeak, However, the silicone lubricant was not included in the box. Hopefully, Schwinn will see this and mail us the lubricant as promised. Also, the distance and calorie shown do not compare to those of our other fitness equipment. They seem to be too low and inaccurate. We will keep it another week and see if we like it better. So far, we do not recommend.
