If you are thinking about buying this bike trust me & BUY IT!!! Quiet ride and Quality equipment! Assembly was very easy! Took my husband about 40 minutes & he's not a big "I'm going to put this together guy!" Lol! He REALLY wanted to get this together for me. I have not been able to get my cycling on since January 2020 due to the pandemic! Previously purchased other equipment & NOTHING compares or works like this baby! I'm 5'3 so I did not experience issues w/ my legs or knees hitting anything. Everything was extremely easy to adjust. The seat everybody is complaining about is like the average seat on any cycling bike including ones in gyms. I don't really stay sitting long so not a bother. I read in other reviews you can replace it if needed. Screen was very nice & readable! I have Multiple Sclerosis so having something like this is key in my life for "Quality of life" b/c if you don't move it you will definitely lose it! Prior to pandemic i was clocking in almost 24 miles in 50mins. Today after being off a cycling bike for over 2yrs I was able to get a little over 10 miles in 27 minutes which considering everything I have going on (medically) I am not beating myself up about it... That is how smooth the ride was on this bike! Then i was definitely excited my husband caught this on deal of the day for $499! So a GREAT purchase for a steal of a deal was awesome! Excuse the pictures but I had it setup next to my Elliptical & I'm not trying to advertise that!

I purchased this bike in October of 2021. I didnt realize at the time it came with a LCD display. I’m going to have to reach out and find out what happened. The bike itself runs quiet as a whisper. I’d recommend finding a new seat though as the one it came with is pretty uncomfortable. I do like that you can adjust the resistance so you can push yourself. I’d just be sure that you get everything that the site says it comes with.

I really enjoy this purchase. It’s a great bang for the buck. I’ve rode a similar model Schwin for many years at my local fitness center, so I am very familiar with it. I especially like the versatility of using my iPad, as opposed to a fixed screen. Also, the transition between speeds is really smooth. Some people have a problem with the fact that cadence isn’t shown as a digit, but a bar graph on the top of the display. But any program I run shows the stats on my iPad, including cadence - so it isn’t an issue to me. Putting it together was fairly simple, however I did reference a YouTube video for one part. It took me 20-30 min to put together. The only (MAJOR) complaint I have is that my knees hit the water bottle when I pedal standing up. I’m only 5’-6” tall. So it you are taller, be warned! As a fix, I prop my water bottle ON TOP of the water bottle holder and lean it against the inside of the handle bars (see photo). Please note, even if the design did work and my knees weren’t an issue (LOL), the holder is too narrow. Most of my water bottles don’t fit into the slot, including the one in the pic. This issue cost Schwinn a star (4/5) in my overall rating, as hydration is as important (if not more) as the smoothness and flexibility of the ride. I would have taken 1 1/2 stars off if I could have. SCHWINN has to do better.

The quietest exercise bike I’ve ever used. Setup wasn’t bad. I took a tape measure to my city bike (because the set up is between my mountain bike and my road bike). Hopped on and started knocking out rides. I up graded my seat to a gel seat and will probably upgrade the pedals (I took the toe clips off and I am using the clip ins). The bike fits me (6’ and a long torso) but I have the handle bars at the max extension so something to check if you are taller. It’s very stable and feels solid. Lots of resistance to work with.

Love this bike. I like that you can bring your own device and use whatever program you want. I use it with my Apple iPad Pro and use Apple Fitness Plus for the cycling classes. It’s really good quality from what I can tell and has held up very well since I bought it. Highly recommend this bike as I bought it for a fraction of the price of another well known stationary bicycle brand. I assembled the bike myself in under 2 hours.

The Schwinn IC4 is a spin cycle - not a typical upright exercise bike. You'll be a little bent forward. It's rock solid, almost completely quiet, and very smooth. It's perfect for my needs. I replaced the seat with a Schwinn "Extra Comfort Bike Seat" (8002124), which I ordered from Schwinn (cost $40). I'm a senior citizen. My adult daughter and I carried the 110 pound bike in the box upstairs, and it wasn't hard for us. Save yourself the price of assembly! It comes almost completely assembled. I put it together myself, after watching a video on Youtube.

My wife previously had a Peloton bike and I think this bike is actually better for shorter riders. You can adjust the handle bars and seat forward and backwards which you couldn’t do on the Peloton. The bike also has a better warranty than the Peloton. You also save a lot on the Peloton app because it’s only $12.99, you don’t have live classes but my wife is fine with that. You also get to see your cadence on a Ipad without having to add anything. The bike is very quite and my wife is very happy.

Love this bike. My husband put it together in under an hour. Some people complained about not being able to adjust the bike once it was put together, but I can adjust mine fine. I did ask my husband to pay careful attention to the way the handle bars/ipad holder/water bottle holder were supposed to be attached. I use my ipad and the popular app available. I like being able to have different options of watching a class or a show I want to catch up on. My spin shoes work perfectly with the bike as well. I am very happy with my decision to purchase this bike.

Really pleased with my purchase, the bike has been great - stable and good quality. The instructions for putting it together could be better. It’d also be great if the bottle holders were placed differently as a regular size water bottle might hit your knees but honestly it’s a minor issue I just have a smaller fatter water bottle.

I chose this bike as a cheaper alternative to peloton. I loved the design, magnetic wheel, and that it came with weights. I also wanted a bike to hold my tablet so instead of relying on peloton’s tech, I had my own that I could use with their membership or any other’s for that matter. I was able to put the bike together by myself in about an hour or so, instructions were easy to follow and they already had the screws in the places they needed to be which saved so much time. The design isn’t flawless as I had issues with being able to tighten the handlebar lever because the bottle holder piece was in the way. I won’t be able to adjust the handlebars forward and backward, but I can at least adjust the seat. The bike came with spd cleats which I was really happy to see. They worked perfectly on my new cycling shoes. I’ve done about 5 rides and it’s very quiet and the seat is comfortable. Peloton is definitely the smoother ride, there feels like a bit of resistance even when you’re on zero for the Schwinn, but for the price, I would purchase this bike again.

After driving myself crazy researching on what bikes to get, I finally decided on the IC4. I was so excited to get this bike that I put it together the very minute it got in the house. I changed the pedals out so I could use my spin shoes and off I went. The bike is so quiet and sturdy. I’m able to ride in or out of the saddle. The iPad/tablet holder is great if I want to do a spin class on YouTube, Peloton or use Explore the World. The only thing I had trouble with is getting used to the tension. It isn’t the same as the bike I'm used to at the spin studio, but that’s ok. I’ll get used to it. It isn’t a deal breaker for me. As far as assembly, I did have trouble with the handlebars since I wasn’t able to get the knob to rotate completely. I can’t quite explain it, but just check out assembly videos on YouTube and some people mention it. :) The assembly for the bike took me a little over an hour.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this exercise bike. Decided on this bike because I can use it with Peloton or Apple Fitness Apps. using my phone or tablet. It has lots of great features that other bikes don't have. Even comes with a heartrate band that is linked to the bike's bluetooth. I've used it a few times but use my apple watch instead. The resistance levels are awesome. I thought I was going to have to change the seat to a more comfortable seat, however the seat is very comfortable after a couple rides, I was used to it. Best Buy was out of stock so I kept checking back every day until they had more in stock. The delivery was excellent. I've lost 10 pounds already. I LOVE this bike.

I love this bike so far. It was easy to setup and the JRNY app is free for a year. I mirror my iPad to the big tv and enjoy a good workout. So far so good and I got it on sale and price matched went it was decreased and got refunded. I don't really use the built in display since I use the app but it would be sufficient. The heart rate arm strap works good also. using the JRNY app it won't allow you to use the Apple Watch as the heart rate monitor but it still syncs to apple health and workouts. Great purchase.

Excellent bike all around. If you are doing research on which bike to get, note that this is identical to the Bowflex C6, just branded differently. Easy to setup and love the fact that there is no built in-screen

Great quality material and construction. A very sturdy piece of equipment. Various apps that connect via Bluetooth. Adjustments can be made for all body types.

Outstanding value for the price. Great quality, not too difficult to put together. Great alternative for peloton and you can buy the peloton app to use with it.

Easy to set up and move. Then bike is extremely quiet.

Now that we have the SchwinnIC4 exercise bike assembled, and in our home gym, I couldn’t be happier with its performance. A solid and stable platform to ride hard and get some great exercise.

I took my time and put it together, and it’s been good. I haven’t had any issues. I did an uphill ride with resistance in the 50s mostly for an hour. You can use any compatible app or program and there are many. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. I brought it from Best Buy because of the negative reviews in dealing with the company and it would have taken longer if something happens. I also wanted BB’s 5 year warranty because I don’t want to have to deal with the company when BB is closer. Plus their warranty is great!
