A: Absolutely, I've got one of those myself, just stick one of the metal sheets to the back and that phone ain't going nowhere! Tip, do not pull your phone off, tilt and slide it off. That magnet is quite strong
Q: Why is my iphone 11 Pro Max without a case too heavy for the mount?
A: Unsure, i have a gallery S22+ both are similar in weight, mine works great, if it's not sticking right, try cleaning the surface or try finding an even surface, if it's about the magnet part then i have no idea, try to get a replacement
