Only recently purchased and installed in eufy s380 homebase. Purchased 4tb internal storage, easy to install and format. Will hopefully know more in a few months as to the storage capacity.

I purchased this hard drive for my home security system and works great. Easy to install! I would recommend!!

For starters, the ordering process was fine. However, the deliver of my purchase ($240), was dropped off 3 doors away. Thankfully, I know that neighbor. Then upon opening my purchase, I am surprised to see a $25 headset, instead of the hard drive I ordered. I take it back to a location (because I cannot return by mail), and I am told that because of the current construction of multiple ai data centers being built, that I cannot get what I paid for. I have to do a return. Which means I have to eat the shipping and handling charge!
