Awesome i love my purchase. I own the S1 also and the S2 has greatly improved on everything. Battery life is excellent and rider and user experience is done very well ! Best Buy texted and emailed me when it was ready for pick and received the item with no hassle they even offer to bring to my vehicle. Thank you Best Buy sale associates for great customer service.

My Segway S2 Ninebot is working great. I am using it to speed up my door to door calling for my sales work and it is even better than I hoped! I can cover more calls with less effort, especially on these hot days, and everyone is interested to see me coming. It has plenty of power and speed, and the recharge is easy. I upgraded from a previous Segway Ninebot S to the new S2 mostly for the extended range, a true 20 miles now. It also has slightly larger tires than before now with an all terrain tread. It's also easily powerful enough to climb up and down hills and compact enough and light enough (30lbs) to take on public transportation. The speed could be better than 12mph but that is really my only meh... and that's minor considering the power and range. About 200 miles on it so far and it's been great!

I bought this after learning on a friend’s Segway, which I immediately fell in love with. The only complaint I have with this product is it makes you go through a beginner phase, not allowing you to get used to the true “turn sensitivity” Big fan of this product - I have taught more people how to use it and it has helped someone of the elderly get around without walking in pain

Every time I buy something from Best Buy the name fits, it’s the Best Buy. This product has far exceeded my expectations it’s been so much more fun than I imagined. I have been riding these for 6 years now and have never had a issue,, i have the previous version of this product and it has over 400 miles on it and i have never had a issues..I actually use it daily to travel up and down long hallways at the jobsites i work.. the Segway Ninebot is a time saver for anybody who has a job that has lots of walking
