With a minimum life of 15 years, it’s Seiko’s in-house movement making this quality time piece, second only to much higher priced Swiss mechanical luxuries. It has the same beats per minute as many of its other expensive competitors but they don’t have Seiko’s durability. In one word it’s unbeatable.

• Movement: It is powered by the Seiko 7S26 automatic movement, which is an in-house, self-winding caliber with 21 jewels. This movement is known for its reliability and durability, and it does not require a battery. It has a power reserve of approximately 40 hours.
• Case & Crystal: The watch has a 38mm stainless steel case, a popular size that is comfortable for many wrist sizes. It features a mix of polished and brushed finishes. The crystal is Hardlex, a proprietary mineral glass developed by Seiko that offers better scratch resistance than standard mineral glass.
• Dial & Hands: The dial is a clean silver with a sunburst finish. The hands and hour markers are luminous (coated with Lumibrite), providing visibility in low-light conditions. A key function is the day-date display located at the 3 o'clock position.
• Bracelet: The watch comes on a matching stainless steel bracelet with a fold-over clasp and push-button release. The lug width is 18mm, which makes it easy to swap the bracelet for a different strap.
• Aesthetics: The design is often described as a "dressy-casual" style. Its combination of a simple dial, classic case size, and stainless steel finish makes it suitable for both professional settings and everyday wear.
