If you are in the market for high quality affordable wireless headphones this is the right product. I did research on headphones, some being overpriced, some obviously too cheap, but this Sennheiser TV Listener RS 120-W is spot on for affordability and quality.

I have owned 4 Sony Headphones in the last 15 yrs. or so. Every one of these Sony Headsets was replaced because of battery issues, the fabric around the ear pieces became detached and the last one was because the design of the set uses more fragile plastic. Sony has a good product, the sound is excellent, comfort factor with the ear pieces is very good fits well and does not shift aroung when you move your head. I've had the Sennheiser Headphones for about 3 weeks. The sound is about on a par with the Sony ones. It would be better if the ear pieces had a more snug fit. It appears to have a more solid construction overall. So far, so good

Bought this for my 90 yr old dad and he loves them. Says they are very user friendly. Easy to adjust volume, comfortable on the ears.

I enjoyed the headphones a lot. They sit ON your years, not over your ears, so quick movements could dislodge them, but that was a minor issue. The sound is excellent; word clarity is good; and the switch that highlights voices helps with dialog in shows with too much noise or music. The sad part: after two weeks the charging base quit working. No lights--nothing. I am having the Geek Squad (who installed the speakers) come and try to salvage them. If not, I will be replacing them under the warranty.

Easy installation, excellent product. I have had Senieser products in the past but this model is their best. BEST BUYS price is great too.

works fine, but having trouble figuring out to get the batteries recharged. Headphones work ok, easy to plug in.

Absolutely love these headphones. Simple to use , clear as a bell to listen to and I am hard of hearing. Like them so much I’m considering buying a second set for another TV.

The headset works great the only thing is when you turn on headset there is No green led letting you know it’s on. Other than that is sounds good and clear for watching tv. Also there is a selector on front bottom of stand which indicates three positions. Can’t tell which one it’s on.

Same item replacement for one that was more than 10 years old. Meets viewing and listening requirements. Base slightly lighter than previous unit.

Good quality product. Easy hook up and use . Only issues was store personnel was not available to help customers.

Easy to set up and the system works great. It is good for people with older non-smart TVs. We tried blue tooth headphones with blue tooth adaptors, but they never worked properly for my 96 year old father-in-law. This is the second set he has had. The first one would still be working but it had an accident. They take a lot of abuse, but couldn't survive being run over by a mobility scooter!

This product is working great for my wife as she has a serious hearing issue and uses hearing aids. With the Sennheiser she uses them to watch tv without the hearing aids .

Comfortable, easy to operate, clear and quickly recharges.

The sound quality is great. I have my TV's audio connected to the inputs on my stereo receiver, and then have the headphones base connected to the headphone jack which works out very well.

Since I've started using the headphones I've noticed that the sound cuts out every once in awhile. I turn them off and turn them back on and the sound returns. I don't know if this is normal or not.
