I am extremely disappointed in this chair. Itbis the most uncomfortable chair I have every owned. I was willing to pay the $300+ for this chair because it was a Serta thinking it would be very comfortable, boy was I wrong. I will never buy anything Serta again. The "lumbar support" is an absolute joke, the chair does not recline enough so you always fee like you're being pushed forward. I am not a very tall guy amd even I think the backof the chair is short. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OF THIS TRASH!

I love this chair, very comfortable and I like that you can rock a bit, but also lock into place. Was easy to put together as well.
