Really like this chair. Packed very well and easy to assemble. Feels great when sitting and easy to move around on carpet.

I was a little hesitant to get this chair. I read a lot of reviews on chairs in this price range, and was met with mixed results. Decided to order this chair and for the price, it’s definitely a great chair. It’s comfortable enough for myself to sit in it for multiple hours at a time. The only drawback is the assembly and that it creaks really loudly when I move in it. Not sure if that’s user error but it is worth mentioning!

Usually when something is made by Serta you think of mattresses, well they make a pretty awesome office chair too!! This chair is so comfortable and it was really easy to put together and also is a really professional looking chair.

This chair is amazing! It is so comfortable. I used to have problems with my back from sitting in a chair for too long. This chair has been amazing it alleviating back pain. I highly recommend this product.

I needed two executive chairs at my new office. These seemed like they were both designed well and looked comfortable which they are. The mesh allows for breathability so your buns dont get too cooked for sitting too long and the design provides quite a bit of support. the two drawbacks I have is the set up and the arm handles. To attach the arm handle you have to allen wrench a bolt through the armrest and into the chair itself. However the annoying part is that the cushioning in the chair would block the bolt thread which took some time in repositioning the foam in order to bolt the arms in. The arms are pretty fixed so if your a big bigger in the sides they dont give you a inch of budge. Otherwise great chair for the price you pay

This chair is totally comfortable and gives great support for my back. I wish I had bought it sooner.

I purchased this chair as my daily chair for my home office that I use for at least 8 hours a day. The chair is comfortable enough with periodic time to stand and stretch. For the retail price I would have expected a little more comfort but for the on sale price it's worth it.

I got this to replace an amazon basics mesh chair and this is better in literally every aspect. I use my computer more now i really enjoy the mix of firmness and softness of the foam you wont go through it quick but its still got enough give to be comfortable

The chair is quite comfortable and at a price point that made me not hate myself for buying it. This is not a high end chair, but it is more comfortable than many more expensive model that I have used in the past.

Just recently purchased this egonomic chair for my wifes office and she loves it!!! She says it has very good back support considering shes 5 months pregnant. Definitely would purchase another for our home office as well.

Very comfortable chair, but hard to assemble for someone who has bad hands

I've been trying to find a new office chair for years. This is the one. It's very solid and sturdy, but the back has some give when you recline. I'm 6'4" and like a larger, wider chair and the dimensions on this are perfect. Assembly was super easy. The cushioning is just right. I'd prefer cloth over the faux leather just because it's cooler, but overall this is a great chair and totally worth the price.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to purchase this chair. Have to say I'm disappointed that I did not try it out first. The cair is not as big as it looks, it's arms are flimsy and overall not very comfortable. After 2 weeks I had enough and gave the chair to a friend for free.

As a person who has broken her back and her tailbone in the past, finding a comfortable office chair is absolutely essential. This chair is extremely comfortable and has held up well.

This chair is better than any gaming chair I’ve ever owned or used. So comfortable. I sit in it for 6+ hours every weekend without moving and it stays comfortable the entire time.

Great looking chair but not ideal for shorter people. I found the front part of the seat itself was too thick and the back part of the seat didn't have enough support which lead to all kinds of back and hip issues for me. Really thought I would get used to it but realized too late to return it.
