Very comfortable I don’t have any back problems anymore like I use to it’s very relaxing!

So far this chair has been an absolute dream! It was an easy intuitive set up with wonderful directions. It’s comfortable and feels good on and for my body.

Super comfortable chair, smooth wheels, and easy to assemble. Only issue is it was damaged in delivery and I will have to haul it back and order another one.

It’s pretty comfortable for use all day to WFH, but it could be softer. Otherwise, no problems with it and it was pretty easy to put together.

Love this chair! Comfortable and the right mix of big enough to be a solid chair without being too big and taking up too much space.

We bought this because are old chair was uncomfortable and we wanted an upgrade. We really like it my wife works from home and sits in it 40 hours a week. I also game in it about 20 ish hours a week its much better then the old crappy chair we had.

Good quality sturdy chair. Raises and lower smoothly. I am 5’3 and I sit comfortable without swimming in it like other chairs.

After previously owning a Serta office chair, specifically the "Serta at Home Blissfully High Back Manager Office Chair AIR™ Technology" -- which you almost can't find it anymore -- that I bought in 2015 and lasted me until mid-2020 with at least 8 hours of use per day (working from home) as an average build guy [6'2" 190lbs]. I finally broke down to buy a new one when the back of my old chair finally gave out. This new chair, I assumed would be the same quality. It's not. It's stiff. The "air-tech" back doesn't feel great. The cushion for your bottom isn't very thick. The hydraulic lift gives out ALL the time. After a short 5 months, I am finally buying a purple chair cushion to help with the lack of comfort while sitting. This chair may be good for someone with a perfect posture that only sits for an hour or two tops. While I may recommend this to my worst enemy, I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends. As for ANY pro's... It was fairly easy to put together. It can lean back plenty far, and it may just be light enough to throw it out of the window. :)
