Overall the chair is very comfortable and appealing. Installation was fairly easy. Would recommend.

This is really comfortable chair. It took me approximately 30 minutes to put together and I was able to do it myself, though it might have been easier with a second person. Still working good after 30 days of use.

Does not lock in place when leaning back and the neck pillow makes your head come out so it’s not relaxing at all also I noticed one of the arm rest is already loose and it grids a lot when moving

Chair is comfortable but we had difficulty with the assembly. It took two people to hold the pieces close enough to place the screws and tighten them.

Chair is beautiful. However, it was a bear to put together. The base is cake, but putting the arms, seat and back together takes some determination and possibly 2 people. The quality is good, the bottom cushion is not as comfy as I would have expected, but overall it's a great chair.

I bought this as an alternative to a chair which was seemingly causing my legs to swell after an 30 minutes or more of sitting. It was easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in with better arm rests and has stopped the swelling in my legs, regardless of the amount of time I sit in this chair.

Bad cylinder and best buy does not accept returns on this product. Buy from a company that is committed to its customers.

started to give out so quickly, arm pads cracked and tore within months, padding started to wear. my old chair squeaked after a year or so but otherwise held up perfectly so i trashed this thing and bought another of my old one. i know chairs are pricy but they’re worth the investment - pass on this

This product has several manufacturers problems and if it can be assembled you ll need power tools and myltiple people

This was an exceptional purchase. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-constructed leather desk chair, look no further. It’s easy to assemble and very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Kindly note, it’s not particularly large.
