Was missing a screw but so far not problems have occurred haha. It's new so it took a while to break in the seat. I'm 6'1" and weight in the 260s. I can sit on this chair for 7+ hours and not have any back issues. Whether I spend my time gaming or doing renders on CAD, it's a good chair. Your back is able to get air, and the lumbar support is good as well. The arm rests are like a soft rubber and they're adjustable as well. I recommend this chair but it all depends on the person that is using the chair but it seems that the chair is just right for me.

I sit most of the day for work, so this chair is working out very well. It's comfortable and light, so not too hard to roll around on the carpet. The seat has a good cushion and the back rest fists well and gives me good support for my back. Not bad for the price.

Got these for our home office, a little pricey but well built and extremely comfortable. Very happy with them so far.

I'm a bigger guy-- 6'2", 230lbs-- so finding a comfortable and durable work chair can sometimes be different. I'm extremely happy with this Serta work chair-- it's very comfortable during long hours and it feels solid. You can also zip around on it like nobody's business, but unless you're into organized chair racing, probably not an important selling point.

I needed a new chair for working from home and this is perfect and it was a great price and easy to assemble.

It make a difference having a chair that is comfortable - especially when working from home and sitting for several hours.
