With my new iPad, I bought the Office 365 program. The Best Buy Support staff helped me figure it out professionally and in an accessible way.
The customer service was excellent! Adding to the fact that the problem was solved and within a day I had my MacBook fixed. :)

Representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'm over 70 and had no desire to try and transfer data from my old phone to the new one. She did it in no time and everything transferred perfectly.

I did not have an appointment when I came in, but I didn't wait too long to see a Geek Squad member. Once I did, he was quick and thorough and understood quickly my situation. I have always had good success with Geek Squad. I recommend them.

I was able to get a same day appointment while I was purchasing my new phone. The tech was timely and polite. It took a little while to transfer my cell phone data to the new phone, but overall the process was pretty efficient. The $49 fee seemed reasonable, although I think I could have done the transfer myself since it's done wirelessly. My only issue was the glitchy service from my carrier. It took days to figure out, and I finally changed carriers because I couldn't get the fix done through ATT. But Geek Squad is a good service offered by Best Buy.

The young man who helped me, did what no one else was able to do, what the geek squad fella was able to do , he save everything i have on my phone after it locked up after automatic updates. I was told by every other tech support professional. So with that being said I'm going to sign up for the tech support warranty protection Way to go geek squad

On March 10, 2026 I went to Best Buy East in Omaha to pick up and set up a used phone I had purchased. While they were setting up the phone the man doing I asked who my phone carrier. I said Dish Boost 3 x. I left the store after they handed me my phone thinking it was set up and headed home for a 45 mile drive. Several hours later I picked up my phone and nothing. It was Not hooked up to Dish Boost. The next morning I had to go back to that store - a 90 mile round trip-to get it set up. Not a happy camper. Spent another hour and a half with the Geek Squad the 2 nd day after waiting and hour for help.

I received a new Amazfit watch for Xmas and couldn't figure out how to use the darn thing! The Geek Squad at BB activated my watch in about 10 minutes! I was very happy with their quick service.

I’m pretty tech-savvy, but for this upgrade, I wanted everything handled with precision. I needed my data transferred from the Pixel 10 to the Pro XL and the screen protector professionally installed. The young gentleman at the Geek Squad counter provided unparalleled service. Despite his colleagues being at lunch and the store being moderately busy, he handled myself and four other customers with total precision and grace. With that level of customer service, why would you look anywhere else? Seriously, why would you?

The best buy staff Kamiah Bell was amazing. Not only did she help me get an iPhone but she worked with all the way until ny stuff transferred from my android to my new iPhone. She but the creen protector and case on for me and made sure i was satisfied with everything before i left. Really awesome customer service, i would definitely go back again.

I'm not a techie. I spotted the dream phone the size of a small tablet. I was waiting for a couple of years with a bigger screen and there it was. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy ZFold 4. The Best Buy agent walked me thru and setup my phone and my insurance with my T-Mobile account in about 15 minutes I was out the door. I love my Fold

The Geek Squad is awesome! They can help in multiple ways, at home or in the store. They are always professional and respectful. They want to be sure the customer’s need is met. Recently, I purchased a new IPhone, which they set up, transferring all my info from the old to the new. As expected, this was a smooth transaction, completed while I waited.
