Pros: This vacuum/mop is great - it does an amazing job of getting my floors clean I have a bad back so I have trouble getting the floors done so I run this thing once or twice a week and it’s great! I have hardwood floors throughout my house and a lazy teenage son so this comes in clutch, and puts a great shine on my floors. I can finally walk around barefoot again! Also the app makes it really easy to walk through, setup, and use the robot. Cons: the battery runs out before a full clean sometimes and the bottle of Shark brand cleaner they supply in the box is rather small. Occasionally the robot will return to the dock and tell me the reservoir is empty when I’ve just filled it, and when I hit resume, it will forget what room it was in and I will have to tell it where to go again.

I have used it a couple times so far and i like it. It does the job. Suction is good. It goes back and forth to ensure a good vacuum. Couple of small annoyances i have are the noise levels and obstruction situations. Noise is kinda louder than i expected and loud enough that you cant let it vaccum during the night. It fights with shoes and cables horribly and you have to go help so i cant trust it to go on itself and vaccum whole house unless i am available.

Bought in March 2024, reviewing in September 2025. Overall - great machine for surface cleaning. For me, this robot was to extend the “deep cleaning” I do on the floors but it isn’t a replacement for a full size vacuum or floor cleaning. I like that you can schedule when it runs and it’s easy to clean. The only drawback is having to replace the filters often so it works properly and the brush roll is starting to have issues. You need to regularly maintain this robot and clean it thoroughly to ensure it works properly. I’ll probably be upgrading to another maker soon but it’s a decent one for the price.

I have a Bullmastiff and a miniature schnauzer, who sheds alot everyday and my allergies were pretty bad. Id have to speep and mop sometimes twice a day. I came across this but thought it was to much money to spend on something that i was sure wasnt going to help much. I was totally wrong!!! This is the best thing ive ever purchased. I recommend this to everyone i know.

We named ours R2-Clean2 and he is now a valued member of the household. He keeps our floors nice and clean with its scheduled cleaning setting. The mopping feature is pretty thorough, great for maintaining clean floors between deep cleans. I have more time to spend with my husband without sacrificing my slightly wack-a-doo cleanliness requirements.

Just got it yesterday but after one use, it outperformed the Roborock S5 MAX. I have an area rug with a black border that the Roborock won't touch because it thinks the rug is a cliff so it totally avoids it. Not the Shark, it was on that rug like white on rice. The Roborock did a good job cleaning so the two seem to be comparable there but I haven't tested the mop feature on either of them so I can't comment on that. The price on this Shark was only $30 more than the Roborock so the difference is negligible. If you have any carpets or rugs with dark colors, stick with the Shark. I read some support stuff on a Roborock site on the web and I saw hundreds of complaints about the cliff sensors preventing their robot from working on dark rugs/carpets. Roborock had no real solution other than taping some white paper over the sensors but their usual response was that they would report the issue to support or whatever. People have been complaining about that problem for at least four years but Robrock doesn't seem to care. The app for the Shark seems much more user friendly as well. Roborock uses the MiHome app and I didn't care for it at all. You kinda need to figure it out on your own while the Shark app walks you through everything step by step. Very easy to understand and use. Don't waste your time with anything else. Get the Shark, it works.

Setup was easy, $250 was a good price. It does a great job cleaning, but it doesn’t seem to detect obstacles very well. It has a habit of finding large obstacles and trying to climb them until it gets itself stuck and I come home to a dead vacuum that I can’t locate and a home that hasnt been vacuumed. It is great overall as long as you provide it fairly close supervision.

Overall love the new Shark robot vacuum. We have a baby on the way so it takes ones more thing off of our plate to worry about. It has a couple hiccups but it was a great purchase

Im not one to write reviews but I absolutely had to, this robot is so good and effective! Ive had it for about a week and it cleans so good! The mopping is great too!! I just had a baby and cleaning was beginning to get difficult so i invested in this robot. I did months of reserch and comparing, I do not regret this purchase at all! Best purchase so far of 2025 lol
