I’ve been really impressed with the Shark Ninja Portable Mist Fan overall. The airflow is strong for a portable unit, and the mist feature makes a noticeable difference, especially outdoors or in hot rooms. It cools quickly and feels well-built, not flimsy like some other portable fans I’ve tried.

I love this fan , comes in handy when your out and about. The only thing I don’t like is that the mist doesn’t reach far, you literally need to be like 2 to 3ft in front of it to feel it. Other than that it’s a great fan

Appearance-wise, it’s got a modern, sleek look. It’s a fairly small tabletop unit, roughly 8.65"D x 8.35"W x 11.47"H, so it won't hog a ton of space on the patio table or an end table. I appreciated that it came fully assembled. No fiddling with parts or lengthy instructions. The controls are straightforward, with buttons right on top for power, fan speed, and the misting function. You can also tilt it up and down by 45 degrees to direct the air where you need it. For the misting, there’s a fill port near the handle and a little cap on the fan face you pop open. Plus, a water level indicator on both sides is a nice touch. The build feels solid. It’s a good quality plastic that seems robust. The FlexBreeze HydroGo is a compact, simple, and quiet, but powerful, mobile fan with misting! Design The FlexBreeze HydroGo has a large, easy to grab, handle on top, three buttons on top, a flip-open cap on top to fill the water reservoir, and a flip-open cap in the middle of the front, for the misting. The top flip-open cap stays back after it's pushed back past a certain point, to keep it open while filling. The front-middle cap has a magnet to hold it open, so it doesn't fall closed on you if you move the fan the wrong way. There are windows on either side to show the water level. There are lights at the top-front of the fan that show if misting is on or the water is empty, fan speed, and battery life. The misting light stays on while you use it. The other lights go off after a short time. The base is very solid, functional, and stable. I like the way the two front rubber feet on the bottom of the base are held on with screws. I've had so many devices where the rubber feet come off over time. The fan can be angled up and down easily but will not move by itself, which is good. The power cord plugs in the back. The port for the power has a rubber cover that protects it from water when the cord isn't plugged in. There's a release for the base to remove it easily. I checked a bit but it doesn't look like there are other attachments available yet. I'm looking forward to seeing what they come out with. I'd love to see a large clamp to attach it to the end of a table, back of a chair, or maybe hang it from something above. Controls The three buttons are for Fan Speed, Power On/Off, and Mist. The Fan Speed button is a six way toggle with speeds 1 through 5, with a 6th, and most powerful, option of BreezeBoost. BreezeBoost will automatically turn off after 20 minutes. The Mist button toggles between off, mist (continuous mist), interval (pulsing, on/off, mist). One tank of water is enough for 30 minutes of misting and interval will last 60 minutes. Any time the fan (including misting) is turned off and back on, it starts with a speed of 1 and misting off. Fan and Mist This fan is quiet and powerful! I can have it low enough to be next to me, on my desk, aimed at my head, or I can turn it up for more power as needed. They say it reaches up to 70 feet. It sure feels strong, and I think it's very quiet. The Mist surprised me! I was expecting more of a stream, because that's how it looked to me in the pictures. As it turns out, I think the mist is very fine and spreads very well! I tried to get some good pictures but really couldn't. I was very happy with how the mist works from speed 1 to BreezeBoost! With low fan speeds you can hear the hiss of the mist when it's on, but it's not loud. Battery Life The battery is rated for 12 hours on speed 1, 4 hours on speed 3, and 1.5 hours on speed 5. There's a power indicator that's visible when you press a button to changing settings. It displays either green, yellow, red, or flashing red. Green is 70-100%, yellow is 30-69%. You will get red when it's under 30%, indicating you should charge. Flashing red is very low, at under 5%. You can use it while it's plugged in and it will charge while in use. The manual says it takes 3 hours to charge the battery if it's empty. I think I waited an hour or so to charge it the first time, when it was new. In actual use so far, and using different speeds, I would say the battery life is excellent! Summary I'm loving the FlexBeeze HydroGo Fan! I'm so glad to have it at the start of the summer! It's powerful, small, and very portable with misting and great battery life! The speed options are excellent, the misting works great, and it's easy to carry! It doesn't have a sleep timer, remote control, or oscillation so if you need those features, this is not for you. The only thing I think they could improve on a bit is that it's not always easy, at least for me, to see how much water is left, but that's being really picky. This is a very excellent, very portable fan!!!
