I just purchased, definitely user-friendly. It was easy to assemble, self cleaning in 2 minutes. I would highly recommend this cleaner.

The WD-101 is a great hard floor cleaner. It will clean up any mess on a hard floor. It is light and maneuverable.

I hate this, doesn’t pick up well and leaves streaks on floor. Better off just using an old fashion broom and mop.

Its a bit loud but it’s effective in cleaning my very busy floors. Its easy enough to use that all of my kids can set it up and get the floors cleaned both when something gets spilled or for daily cleaning. We have hardwoods, tile and area rugs and it works great on all of them.

My new favorite floor cleaner, we have 3 pets and it cleans the floors nicely without leaving streaks. The solution smells great. It doesn’t clean rugs but more so puts a fresh scent to it. Overall a nice 2 in 1 helper! Easy to use too. I also like the self clean mode for the brush. You still need to clean the dirty water tank yourself, of course, and wipe down the clear cover of the brush after you take it apart to dry.

Gets the job done. suction is good on it as well as the mopping feature. doesn't make the floor to wet just right. only downside i'd really say is its loud other than that it is a good product.

I love it! If you have sticky like spots on your floor you do have to go over them about 3 times but the anti bacterial brush, the solution, and the ease of use is perfect. I threw away my regular mop and replaced it fully with this

Absolutely love my shark mop, easy to navigate, cleans my laminate floors better than expected. With having a full grown German shepherd this makes mopping less of a chore!! Love it.

I love it! It’s so easy to use and not super loud. It cleans my floors and carpets super well specially while having kids. Best purchase I could have made!

I was very excited for this machine, but soon realized it's just okay. It works well, it does what is supposed to, but nothing over the top. Sometimes it stops because it sensors that it's full when it's not. I wanted to use it because i also wnated to vacuum rugs, but since the roller is already wet, the rug also gets wet, which I'm not a big fan of.

Really enjoyed this vacuum since buying it spontaneously. I liked the scent of the concentrate cleaner and how clean it has cleaned my tile floor so far, my only con would be that it takes time to spot clean certain messes and may have to go over it more than once.

Great vacuum. Easy to use. Keeps a charge for quite a long time. Light weight. Buying another one for my second home.

It is easy to use very good cleaning my floors, make the floors very shiny and clean. Dry wet floors and clean the dust. Very satisfying!

This is the first time I’ve uaed anything like this on my floors. Definitely much faster than hand mopping much less back breaking. I had no idea how dirty my floors were. It is a noticeable difference in the way my floors look abd feel under my feet.

The purchase of this appliance was a waste of money. It is my opinion that this vac/mop needs to return to the drawing board. The vac suction is insufficient to pick up crumbs along the baseboards, and the roller mop only cleans up to an inch from the shoe molding. The cleaning coverage on my wood flooring was uneven, so I had to keep going over the same spot, and the vac/mop left dirty water spots on the floor. When the vac/mop stops moving momentarily, it leaves puddles of water on the floor. I found the use of this appliance to be more time-consuming than the old-school process of sweeping and mopping. I wish I had my money back!

Not much power, and not much cleaning before you have to change the water reservoir.
