Q: what is the weight????? Accessories

Q: I have a shark navigator freestyle sv1106 with a 14.4 volt battery.I when I switch it on it runs for a second and shuts off.Then it will not run at all.Sometimes when I cut it on it will run like it supposed to.The battery always has a full charge.

A: Leroy, Mine does the exact same thing. I took out the battery and checked it. It reads high, over 17V although the battery is 14.4V (12 x 1.2V NiMh cells in series). This indicates that the charger may be overcharging the battery. I can finally get the vacuum to turn on and run normally by resetting it on the charger multiple times. This requires taking the vacuum off the charger, turning it on and seeing if it turns off. If it turns off, try again. Sometimes it will take resetting it on the charger 5 or 6 times before the vacuum stays on and runs normally. This indicates to me that the problem is with the vacuum's internal electronics and not with the battery.

Q: wait its wireless right, if it is by battery how long dose it take to charge, and dose it run out of battery fast

So Far So Good
I purchased this to use on my kitchen floor, entry way and area rugs in the kitchen. I have three dogs (a chug, beagle and basset hound/beagle mix). The chug sheds A LOT even though she is a smallish dog. I like how easy it is to pull out this vacuum and make a quick round through my kitchen to pick up the dog hair and dirt brought in from outside. Two complaints I have is when I am gliding the vacuum on the floor it tends to be stuck in the upright position. In turn I have push it down with my foot. I tend to always use the carpet setting as opposed to the floor setting on my kitchen floor. I feel it picks up more with the brushes moving. Emptying out the dirt collection compartment is super easy, just a push of a button. Just sometimes the dog hair does get wrapped around and I need to use my hand. Second complaint the handle is a little awkward to maneuver. Overall, a good little vacuum. I have had it for about a month. Hoping it won't lose suction since it does suck up a lot of dirt and dog hair.

Perfect for small apartments and homes
I needed a new vacuum, or vacuum-like product when I moved into a small apartment. The first time I ordered the Shark, it came in a beat-up box with half the parts missing. I returned it and Best Buy sent me a replacement that was complete. I had it assembled in about 10 minutes and that includes wrestling with plastic and styrofoam packaging. I left it to charge over night and it worked great the following morning. I haven't had any problems since. The cheap plastic construction makes it nice and light weight. However, I wouldn't recommend it for households with heavy-duty vacuuming needs or high-activity households where it might get knocked around a bit. It is perfect for me in a small place with light use.

Love it!
After switching to a non-shark brand, I ended up returning that one and opting for this one. So glad I did... should have known better! This shark works great! I have animals and it picks up their hair in addition to dirt really well. Canister is easy to empty and it charges pretty quickly. My only complaint would be the battery life. At a full charge if I don't move quick enough I can't get just the hard floors in my house done before the battery dies (my house is not big nor is every room hard floors). I just try to move quicker and not be quite so OCD. Overall I love this vacuum for upkeep in between heavy duty vacuuming.
