I’ve been using my Shark vacuum for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. The suction power is incredible—it picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair with ease, leaving the floors spotless after just one pass. Whether it’s hardwood, tile, or carpet, it automatically adjusts and delivers consistent cleaning without losing power. One of the standout features is how thoroughly it cleans edges and corners, something a lot of vacuums struggle with. Even fine dust and crumbs disappear, making the whole floor look freshly cleaned. The vacuum also glides smoothly, is easy to maneuver around furniture, and has a lightweight design that doesn’t feel bulky. Emptying the dust bin is simple and mess-free, and the filters are easy to clean, which makes maintenance hassle-free. I also appreciate the durable build—it feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like cheaper models. Overall, this Shark vacuum is perfect for anyone who wants a powerful, reliable, and efficient cleaner. It makes everyday cleaning quick and effortless, and the results speak for themselves. This is a capable vacuum cleaner with a long cord and enough suction to clean a decent sized apartment. The only issue keeping this from having 5 stars is the canister prevents the vacuum from going under furniture. It’s removable, but then you lose the brushing head for carpets. It’s very portable though for other uses, and it’s incredibly useful for cleaning curtains. Cleaning the canister can be a bit of a pain, as the dirt gets wedged into the sides and needs to be either manually removed, or knocked around enough to loosen.

My cat of 16 years passed away recently and he was a Maine Coon breed so imagine how much cat hair I had to vacum. I now have two new kittens so a quality vacum is necessary. I previously owned a Dyson pet vacum for 12 years, and the suction portion died. So it was definitely time for a new vacum. I was about to purchase another Dyson but after reading recent reviews and talking to close friends who currently have Dysons they all said the same exact thing. It appeared Dysons are not built the same way they used to be. So after much research and reading through alot of reviews I decided to give Shark a try. And I'm so GLAD I did! You'll see my pics below and they speak for themselves. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this vacum. It was easy to set up, as soon as it was delivered I used it right away. The suction power is phenomenal and it definitely picked what my old Dyson was not picking up, which was pretty gross when I saw the Shark container. 10/10!

Vacuuming made easy. Use on hard floors and carpet. Comes with 2 attachments and is easy to carry. I can vacuum my carpet stairs with ease and then turn it back into a regular vacuum. Easy to vacuum hard to reach corners or hard to reach areas. Got it on sale during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. My first shark vacuum.

I purchased this vacuum on a whim. It was on sale and I had rewards that expired literally minutes before the purchase. It took about a month before i used it. By maybe the 4th use, the vacuum cracked at the base. Even if it didn’t crack, it was still one of those appliances that didn’t make life easier. The accessories fell off while using, the button for the hose didn’t detach easily, and carrying around a vacuum while while trying to use the hose was not easy. I did however, love the suction and how easy it was to clean the basket,and I have zero complaints there. I have not called Shark yet, but I plan to this week. I did show the Best Buy employees but I was a couple of weeks out from the return window closing and they didn’t have the same one in stock so they told me to call Shark

Love love love love love this vacuum so much. I've been through about 6 vacuums in my life between moves and this one is by far the best especially when it comes to power and how well it works on multiple floors. I love the flexibility of the swivel when turning tight and it's overall look is very cool as well. It had a bit of weight to it which i like and doesn't feel cheap at all. It is also very easy to take care of or clean out. Thank you thank you thank you.

We’ve had a cordless vacuum for almost 3 years and it was okay but never lasted and suction as good as I wanted. Finally decided to upgrade and splurge (still a pretty good price) and it’s AMAZING. Corded vacuums are almost always going to be better than cordless and this one also has a HEPA filter. It has helped with my families allergies and it’s pretty simple to clean out. It does have some heft to it but it’s very smooth and easy to push and pull. It pulled so much dust from my brand new apartment carpet ! I always recommend this shark model to family and friends.

Maybe this is a good vacuum for the price, it does have good suction. Not near the quality of the Shark Rotator, which I had 2 of but the hose wore out at its bend. The cord is short and does not stay plugged in well. The power button is in an awkward place. The detachable hose is challenging to get off while the vacuum is on. Two attachments come with the vacuum, but there is only one attachment holder on the vacuum. When dumping the debris out of the can, it gets stuck because there isn’t enough space between the center plastic piece in the outside plastic. I will be saving for a nicer vacuum

Very lightweight and easy to handle. Look the dirt it picked up. I thought my carpet was clean. This showed me it wasn’t.

The Shark Lift-Away vacuum is wonderful. My house is a combination of hardwood, vinyl, carpet and stairs. The Shark worked on all floors. Snaps apart to vacuum my stairs. I would recommend the Shark vacuum. The price was reasonable.

Just bought and used this vacuum (after vacuuming yesterday with our old vacuum). And ...the Shark canister is more than half full after just 2 rooms!?!? One of our 3 children even said "but... It looked so clean!! How is that possible?!?" ...I don't know, but it is! I would definitely recommend this vacuum. Also, it was incredibly easy to put together - my 8 year old did it while I was putting the packaging in the recycling bin!

This is the best vaccuum I have ever purchased!! I have spent big money on expensive vaccuums because when it comes to pulling dirt out of the carpets I wanted good suction and long lasting quality. I had been disappointed in 3 of the last "quality" vaccuums I bought. The Shark has great suction, is easy to use, and I love the lift away feature. I think if I were to buy again I might spend the little extra and buy the next size up with a bit bigger dirt container, but it really hasn't been a negative either -- I just have to dump it a bit more often due to having pets. You do have to regularly keep hair etc off the rotating bar, but I haven't minded that. I can't speak for customer service or warranty issues as I have only had it about 2 months, but I guess that is actually a good thing.

I bought this exact vacuum in 2016. I loved it. Never loses suction. Great for all the pet hair that 4 cats and a dog produce. Not to mention everything the kids do... Overtime I broke some of the attachments pieces. Then I broke the connecting piece for the hose. Best buy replaced it under my protection plan. Unfortunately its not exactly the same as what I had previously. While the vacuum is the same, the description Best Buy's website doesn't match what is included in the box now. It no longer includes all the awesome attachments that made me love it. Now it just has the crevice tool and some junky upholstery tool that doesnt work worth a darn. I called shark because even the owners manual says it is supposed to include all those nifty accessories even the box says it doesnt. The spot for the attachments still says "dusting brush" as well. They said they're going to "look into it". In the meantime they're sending me the accesories for free. Long story short. It no longer includes all the attachments. Bestbuy's website is wrong.

I have 3 kids and 3 dogs. This vacuum picks up all of the dirt and hair wonderfully. It is lightweight. If there is a clog, it is easy to take apart and clear.

It was easy to assemble. I love how the top portion can detach making it easy to vacuum hard to reach spaces. It’s compact & easy to clean.

This is a pretty great vacuum, especially for the price. It cleans very well. The maneuverability could be a little better, but it's good overall. Make sure you have the suction levels set to your needs, otherwise it could be too strong. Great purchase for the home!

I absolutely love this vacuum. I needed a new vacuum for cleaning as I clean for a living. I previous had a shark navigator. This is light, compact, and lots of suction!

We wanted a corded option for work and this does a pretty decent job. No complaints.
