when ordering it stated 1 yr warranty; when received paperwork stated 90 day warranty; when contacted marketplace seller and sent proof of what was on best buy web site was instructed to contact shark. after using the vacuum felt it was very loud and had no light - need light on a vacuum to see where the dirt is. would not recommend refurbished vacuum
