A: I did not . I used them dry to buff my tiles.

A: No, these pads will not fit your Shark Steam and Scrub. It is only compatible with the Shark Dirt Grip Soft Scrub Pads 437CU8000 and the Rotating Disc 152CU7000.
Q: How do you wash them? Can you wash them with microfiber cloths or wash separately?
A: You can put them in a lingerie bag or was by hand.
