Great iron until…less than two years later the steam button is broken. This isn’t an item that my household of two uses very often so it was a bit surprising that the button has broken like a previous review has mentioned as well.

We bought this iron in July 2019. The rotary wheel under the handle is hard to turn and does not seem to set properly. The top steam button stays partially depressed most of the time. It will not return to the fully extended position. The photo below is on a good day. It usually is half depressed. Not very happy with this thing.

I was tired of repeatedly buying cheap irons and decided to step it up. This is a high quality product and I love how my clothes come out. Wrinkles come out basically instantly. It glides over clothes smoothly, gives great steam and the water tank is large and easy to pour in. Switching clothes type with a button is convenient as well. It’s is big and heavier then your average iron which is why I won’t give it 5 stars but I think that’s just a sign of the quality of the product and is why it does such a good job.

Slick design. Numerous settings for different types of fabrics. Sprays water. Easy to fill with water. The only way it could be better is if the cord would automatically roll up.

I have only used it a few times so far, but it heats up quickly and provides plenty of steam. My only complaint is that it is quite large and I cannot store it in my in-wall ironing board cupboard.

I've bought a few cheaper irons over the years and they kept dying out every few months so I finally decided to step up and buy a more expensive iron that has great reviews. Searched around the web and this iron was on most of the top 5 lists around. After reading some other reviews im not sure what people expect out of it, at the end of the day it is an IRON it gets the wrinkles out of your clothes and it does its job darn well. I've had no problems with it, I love how you can put water in no problem through the top hatch made to go right in the sink. One great thing about the iron is the fact that it actually gets hot fast. I've had it for a few months now and I couldn't be happier , it's sturdy , has a decent weight to it , it's not as light as most irons but I enjoy that, some may not. If you're in the market for a reliable iron this is the one. Pros: 1.Can fill with water from the sink(or has a separate cup included if you don't want to risk getting it wet) 2.Sturdy, you can tell it wasn't cheaply made 3.Has a touch key(more of a button) to select heat settings. 4. Gets hot fast. 5. Weighs more than the average iron Cons: 1. It weighs more than the average iron, some people may like it some may not.

I used this iron originally at my sisters home back in the summer. Once I used it I was on the hunt for one. It worked very well the heat control, the amount of steam it put out, the ease of sliding it across the fabrics all were things I had been looking for in a reasonably priced Iron. I also really liked the way the top of the soleplate was tapered to get into small areas of clothing. All in all I love it.

Iron provides great heat and steam. Clean lines. Quick to heat up and light weight.

I had only heard of Shark through the occasional infomercial and thought they were some third rate appliance company. A friend gave the model just lower than this one rave reviews so I figured I would give it a shot. This thing is hefty. Serious weight to it. It makes ironing very easy. The controls are super simple. Just the push of a button to select your fabric. The only thing with it is that I frequently forget to choose a setting. It won't warm until you choose a fabric. But once you do, it warms up in short time, less than a minute. I don't know if this is endemic to all steam irons, but it does leave water droplets on your clothes while you are using the steam function. I have no idea why those take minutes to evaporate even when I am running the iron over it on the highest temperature, but it is what it is. In all, a very solid iron and definitely worth the money.

This is a pretty good iron. I wouldn't say it's great but it is great for the price. Pros: Gets fast quickly, push button settings, irons well. Cons: Splatters water while ironing during steam, steaming isn't the greatest pressure of steam. Good iron. For the low price, you can't go wrong if you can deal with a few small gripes.

This iron works great and definitely gets the job done. The polished plate glides smoothly over all materials. It heats quickly and the steam setting really puts it out. I'm very happy with mine.

The weight of the iron is a bit on the heavy side and I like this because it helps to un wrinkle the clothes. The steam it emits is also great. I have used both work clothes and regular attire on a daily basis and it works great!

Now, I've not owned many top model irons but quite a few low end ones and am saddened that it took me this long to spend a few more bucks on a better quality iron! Hands down the best iron I've ever owned! I love the steam option! Drinks water like a small fish! Recommended!

I've only used it a couple of times, but it heats up quickly, large capacity water reservoir. My only complaint is the cord always seems to be in the way at the base of the iron. Am hoping it the cord will become more pliable over time.

This iron pumps out steam, making all of my ironing take about half the time. It also has all the necessary settings depending on your fabric type. It has a sturdy and sleek design too. Well worth the extra $$.
