By far the best microwave I ever had !! It’s soooo quiet you don’t even hear it running. The quick set feature make it a snap to easily heat your food. Oohhh wait not to mention the Alexia compatibility!! Why not make me more lazier lol !! This is simply amazing.

So far this works well. Haven’t tried the alexa app for it and don’t really have the use but maybe soon. Heats the food up well and I like the express button feature

Love my new microwave! This is my 2nd Sharp Carousel. I purchasrd my 2nd one after my 14 year old 1st one stopped working in January. Hope to have and enjoy this 2nd one for years to come. Sleek stainless steel design, bright white interior. Really like the smart technology with voice control. So far works great, very pleased.

I like the microwave as it does everthing I wanted it for. Easy to set up. Have not used the Alexa feature yet. I do have a problem setting up the clock when we changed time for Daylight Savings time.

I absolutely love this microwave! It’s just the right size for my family and love the fact I can tell Alexis to turn on or off when I’m not nearby it.

Microwave works with no problems. I have not felt the need to use Alexis with it butgeek squad offered to set it up for me! Many new useable features.

I got 18 months of VERY light use out of it before it died. Also the glass revolving plate did not want to stay on the funky plastic rollers it's supposed to ride on and it regularly bumped itself off and then stood still. Sorry Sharp, but this wasn't a well thought out design.

I bought this to replace old sharp microwave. I had that one for years. I’ve had this one a couple months. Plastic is already peeling off the keypad. The stainless trim is popping off around the keypad as well. I spent over an hour peeling little bits of plastic off after unboxing it. Really disappointed in the quality.

I choose this microwave because I had a Sharp Carousel that was a 25 years old and still going strong! This works well but I gave it 3 stars because it is mostly plastic! The only stainless steel is on front. I guess because of the plastic it’s gray, I didn’t notice it. Also the bottom to open it feels flimsy!
