A: This question that was answered regarding the ventilation post about two hours of investigation between calling Best Buy and everything else. You do not need to purchase a ventilation kit with this microwave. It ventilates from the bottom left side of the microwave. It is already built in. Just make sure the bottom isn’t covered and if you see steam coming out the bottom left side that is you’re naturally built in ventilation.
Q: Can I order this microwave in their 24" model
A: Yes. It is essentially the same unit with a different drawer mechanism and display area as the 30" I purchased. How do I know this? We accidentally got the 24 first and returned it for the 30 since we had the location picked out in the 30-inch cabinet. So, I have seen both at it's really just up to you as to the size you need within your kitchen.

Low power
I replaced a 20-year-old KitchenAid and I’m very let down with this since I have to cook things for about twice as long and turn them to get the temperature evenly distributed. This machine is under powered and anyone that thinks otherwise has never had a proper microwave.

Just OK.
This microwave works great! But....I think it takes up so much space compared to others I’ve seen since I bought this one. It has the same capacity as the others on the inside, but the overall width is bigger.
