A: So sorry this happened to you and the others who responded. The same thing happened to my massager about 1 month ago. The Sharper Image website doesn't even show any hits if you search on the model number and it doesn't even appear as a current product offering. So, a replacement from Sharper Image might be challenging. I found an online tech-help site that offered to connect with an appliance repair specialist for only $1. After a few minutes of chatting, their conclusion was that the main circuit board needed to be replaced. And then they charged my credit card $40! I guess I didn't read the fine print. If that is indeed the solution - to replace the main circuit board - I can't see how that is going to happen if Sharper Image discontinued this product. Wondering if a class action lawsuit might be the only way to get their attention.
