I saw these at the CES Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas early January since I was an Industry Attendees for Xtreme IT https://www.facebook.com/xtremejax from Jacksonville, FL. I was super impressed while I tested the OpenComm2 UC headset at the Shokz booth on the main floor of the Las Vegas Convention Center. I ordered a set from Best Buy https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?id=pcat17071&st=shokz+-+opencomm+2+bluetooth+bone+conduction+headset+-+black the next day so they would arrive when I got back to Jacksonville. Last week I wore them all day and while talking to customers and friends they were impressed with my voice clarity. I was impressed with the audio quality of the 7th Generation Bone Conduction technology on phone calls, using Waze voice navigation, and listening to music. I have been using Bluetooth headsets since 2005 on my Nextel cell phone. I have been a Plantronics Bluetooth headset user for a long time when I bought a set from CompUSA on Black Friday. I have been a user of the Plantronics Polycom Poly PTZ Voyage 5200 and 5220 series models since it first hit the market from Best Buy. Since Polycom / Poly is now part of HP, I see very little chance of Poly switching to bone conduction technology in the near future. Thank you Shokz for a great headset product.

My first set of bone conduction headphones, these Shokz are impressive. They work great for my intended purpose. Lightweight and easy to use - they pack and travel well. I use them in the office, at work, and when I travel for business. Voice reproduction seems to be its best feature, music sounds good. I like the USB-C transmitter option, since most of my laptop work is done on machines with those connectors. It's nice to not have to use an adapter. If you've not used around-the-head headphones before, it takes a little while to get used to having that loop back there. It gets hung up whenever wearing something with a high collar or hood (like a coat) or a high backed seat (like on a plane). My one criticism is that I cannot achieve anything close to the 98 ft distance advertised using the USB dongle. My limit appears much closer to the standard 33 ft from a USB connection. This means I can't raid the refrigerator from my home office while on a long remote meeting. Hmm, maybe that's a good thing after all.

Weighs almost nothing and even with significant hearing loss I can hear my clients on the phone and the little noises my messenger programs make that I couldn’t with other headsets!

One of the best work headsets ive ever used. I have tinitus and these work amazing to help me hear better during work meetings. Ive used the OpenRun and love it, the addition of the mic on OpenComm is a huge jump in voice clarity. The USB dongle helps with prior work connection issues using bluetooth between phone and laptop. The laptop connects seemlessly now with no hesitation or having to manually adjust bluetooth.

I can HEAR on this. Its easy to pair, keeps a charge through a 12 hour call center shift and still has some left for gaming or music. I have high tone hearing loss and can actually hear everything on this headset! Its so light i forget i have it on. 10/10 would buy again and hubby is getting one too!

Much more comfortable than the airpod pros and not distracting to the clients as it barely registers on the camera visually and the microphone noise cancellation is excellent. Plus all day battery life!

. 1. Love the voice will tell you if muted or disconnected. 2. Wish the mute button didn’t have delay 3. Wish range was strong when walking around 4. Wish i could answer and go avialable without sitting at computer (might not be the microphone limiations but the answer system)

I bought these for work. I really appreciate the boom microphone which helps create a clear sound. I like not having something in our over my ears on long days. I would recommend keeping sound light with long use as high sound and vibration can give a bit of headache.

These are very comfortable and sound good. The microphone blocks out background noise

Functions great out of the box. At full volume you can hear the music playing even when it's a few feet away from your head, but the audio is clean enough for bone conduction headsets.

These are the perfect headsets for working at home. i can move freely and there is no disconnection. Traditional headphones wearing them for a long time begin to hurt my ears not these. They are amazing

These headphones are amazing and for my soft phone through my pc. I would definitely recommend these headphones for a future purchase.

I have had other Shokz. This one was a disappointment. Mute button gave out after only a few days... My Openpro was nice but had no audio at all like this... So I'll say this one had nice audio. But maybe I shouldn't have bothered with the the option for a mute button...

More Clarity and quality sound than I expected. Nice to have my ears free.

as advertised, comfortable wear all day long open ear headset with noise-cancelling microphone. Great for in the office with others doing conference calls and meetings.

I have absolutely enjoyed this product from my first pair of AfterShokz to this pair. The quality and ease of use it great. You can hear everything around you at the same time.
