Shure AONIC 215 IEMs are excellent :)
These Aonic 215 In Ear Monitors are rather excellent sound wise. The fit is a bit tricky and the cable takes some getting used hense the 4☆ rating. I ordered spare ear pieces due to their goodness.

been using them regularly for a couple months. sound quality is decent, but i don't love how big the mic/volume controls are on the cable

Good music
Sounds good for music which is their purchase, bought them for gaming and I don’t really enjoy them. Smallest eartips are uncomfortable for me.
