Sidecars - Everest - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Barns Courtney - InchSupernaturalInch / Barns Courtney's third album, Supernatural, is a high-flying and nail-biting concept album combining his potent blend of rock's low rumble, the glitzy showmanship of glam and that ever-distinctive bluesy howl. Drawing influence from Ziggy Stardust and the retrofuturism of the late '60s fashion world, the album's narrative centers around a post-apocalyptic cult leader's terrifying ascent in a fictional dystopia, as well as Courtney's own hedonistic tendencies. Available on InchRed AlertInch color vinyl in gatefold jacket.

2012 album from the L.A. rockers. Described by Everest guitarist Joel Graves as a Inchhopeful love letter slipped under the door,Inch the album expands on the broad rock 'n' roll direction the band undertook with it's 2008 album, on Approach. The basic tracks on Ownerless were initially recorded live, in a smoky clubhouse next door to a chicken coop, in Cottage Grove, OR. in an effort to raise the bar above initial expectations, the band also recorded a few songs with the help of Rob Schnapf (Elliott Smith, Booker T. Jones), with whom the band had worked on on Approach.
