Siemens offers a wide array of thermal magnetic circuit breakers that are the key element for overload and short circuit protection of your home's electrical system. To provide additional protection, Siemens offers circuit breakers to protect against severe electrical shock or electrocution, mitigate the risk of electrical fires and protect against damaging surges and volt spikes. Circuit breakers are intended for switching and protection of your home's wiring from high temperature caused by excess current higher than the rating of the wire. While thermal magnetic circuit breakers are the key element for overload and short circuit protection of your electrical system, there are potentially dangerous conditions that do not involve over current.

Siemens Type QD circuit breakers are UL classified for use in specific Square D load centers in place of Square D QO circuit breakers (see listing on back). For easy reference, a panelboard compatibility list is provided with each circuit breaker. All QD breakers are supplied with load side connectors suitable for 60/75C wire and are calibrated for 40C maximum ambient applications.
Siemens replacement QO breakers are UL listed for use in Square D QO brand load centers and are ideal for replacement of existing breakers or if expansion circuits are required. These 3/4 in. breakers snap on to the QO type bussing. All QD breakers are supplied with load side connectors suitable for 60/75C wire and are calibrated for 40C maximum ambient applications. Siemens QD circuit breakers are available in 15 to 60 Amp, single and double pole configurations and are rated at 120/240-Volt AC.
These space saver duplex breakers combine two independent 1/2 inch breaker poles in a common unit. This unit plugs into one load center stab and requires one panel space. HACR rated.
