Put it next to the couch. Works for general lighting above and for reading my book below. I have a couple, one in the corner for ambient light, with the book light at my desk. It works to keep my work illuminated. Basically, it’s a lamp that does what you want a lamp to do. The base is decently heavy, keeping it well planted, but no so heavy as to make moving it a hassle. Assembly was easy. Just screw the parts together. The black at least makes it so you dont notice the segments.

Honestly this product is worth the money because I personally used it and it works perfectly plus the design looks classy which I really like.

This budget floor lamp is a very good value. It is stable and looks good. The cord is a good length, but you need to be careful in the assembly to get the maximum length. I found this to be a good buy.

I love it! It was just what I was looking for. My living room doesn’t have a light fixture on the ceiling so I need something to go behind my sectional to add light. The little lamps I had were cute but not enough light. This lamp was perfect!

I love the dimming effect of my floor lamp. Creates a cozy ambiance. I like that I can adjust for sufficient lighting for different occasions. I mostly like that "chill vibe."

The design looks fine and I think that for 30$ or less it is worthy. My problem is that I recieved one that it was used and broken.

I like this style. I've own a similar one by another company from a different seller. This one arrived with a few surface scratches on the base. The top have of the post won't easily screw in as it requires 3 separate pieces to be screwed in with the cord pre-threaded through each piece. So my top half isn't on perfectly. However it's serving the purpose. It is 3-Way and that works fine. S/N I do miss the warm soft white bulbs like is shown in the photo but unless you have some saved, I have 2 left, you will be reading or sitting in room with that LED bulbs neon white that seems to give that bluish indoor building not warm home or den lighting.

Simple design yet elegant. I use it daily and have never had a hiccup nor complaint. The 3-step bulb I bought for it didn't work, replaced it with the same manufacturer, and it didn't work. I was ready to take it back but tried one more time with a different manufacturer and it works fantastic. When I vacuum I crank it all the way up to an equivalent of 150W but am only using less than 1/4 the energy with its LED efficiency. I put a soft white reading light on the bottom and have daylight wavelength from above. The worst part about it is that it is actually very economically made (cheaply) as I expected better quality. But hey, for the price, unless you touch it, the plastic lamp shades 'look' like they could be glass! ;)

This is a good lamp for the value and is very bright. My switch does not always power on the lamp however and appears to be damaged or a design flaw. Otherwise, I would give a 5-star rating.

This lamp is very easy to assemble and fits perfectly behind my desk to assist with reading. It's a tall lamp and reflects off the ceiling (8ft). The smaller light can be moved to light up my paintings as I paint. Love it.

I LOVE this lamp. I needed light in my home office and this does it. Putting it together seemed overwhelming at first, the pieces didn't seem to fit. I buckled down, took a deep breath and patiently started working with the parts and everything went together just right. The only complaint is that the straight metal post is not 100% straight, there is a very-little bit of warp, but it doesn't affect the functionality. The overall look is smart. I found a lightbulb for the 3-way top light at the hardware store and I was good to go.

I like the product. Simple and serve its purpose as a lamp. It is easy to assemble. Only thing I do not like is that the plastic is a little flimsy.

Works perfectly for what I wanted it for. It's nice and bright of course in the picture it seems impossible that they squeezed it all into that little box. You would be surprised how easy it is to put together. You don't need any tools and it screws down tight. I think the price is a little up there though..

It is a good product, the truth is that it illuminates quite well, the material it is made of is good and gives elegance to the room, it was worth the purchase.

Brighten up an area with one or two bulbs. Easy to adjust the lower light to preferred direction. Perfect for general room ir desk, reading, crafts, or everyday lighting. Easily fits limited spaces.

This item is fashionable but the construction is flimsy. Its fine for me but I don't turn it on very often. Not meant for heavy duty usage.

This product was very easy to put together.that’s a plus.the way it’s built seems a bit cheap and to light at the bottom for what is intentions for use.maybe I expect to much for the money I paid.in defense of the product has worked fine since I put together.time will tell.
