Soap sputters and spits. I tried all adjustments and tubes. It's just messy. I have other simplehuman products and have always been happy with them. This one- not so much. Happier with the $10 version I have that runs on batteries. The hightlight was the soap that came with it. It does smell really good and leaves your hands feeling nice.

Works with regular soap

Good product overall. I mix it with regular dish soap and it works fine. 1 part soap 3 parts water. No complains so far.
