The product does not power on at the first use

We bought the product on Dec. 18, 2025. Since we are under major hours remodeling, we only opened the box and installed on May 2, 2026. However, the wine cooler does not power on at all. The wall outlet is fine, the cord does not seem to be broken from outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
