This nugget ice maker has turned my kitchen into a mini drink bar. The first time I used it, I was skeptical that it could really make ice that quickly, but within ten minutes the bin was full of that soft, crunchy ice you only ever get at restaurants. Now I find myself using it constantly—morning iced coffee, afternoon sodas, even tossing a handful into my water bottle before heading to work. It keeps up effortlessly, making enough ice for the whole family and then some. What surprised me most was how quiet it is. It hums gently in the background, more like a white noise machine than an appliance. The design makes everything easy: the removable basket means no awkward scooping, and the pull-out tank keeps refilling from turning into a splashy mess. I hit the self-cleaning button once a week, and it does the rest while I go about my day. It’s rare for a kitchen gadget to feel this low-maintenance and this useful. Every time I hear it start up, I know there’s fresh nugget ice waiting—cold, chewable, and oddly satisfying every single time.

Works really well keeps ice in the machine as long as you keep it running. I love the blue light If you have a large famiky or use a lot of ice you would need anothr bugger ice maker. Its good for individual use. I gave 4 stars for overall only because it has to keep running to keep ice in the machine. I would definitely buy again.

I wish I could give it a better rating, I truly do. This unit showed promise the first 2-3 days of use, it makes perfect crunchy little ice bits. But that is the only positive thing. First, the unit is not insulated so you have to constantly dump your ice into a larger bin and store in freezer. Otherwise it melts very fast and you’re left with more of a slush. Second and most impactful was the SHIPPER and SELLER from Best Buy marketplace (website) only has a 14 day return policy. Which is standard for some things, but 16 days into use and the machine started to make this very loud grinding and squealing sound. So I could not return the item…. It can only be operated for about 10-12 minutes before it begins it’s the issue, making it a worthless purchase. Don’t buy this machine, sure it’s an affordable option but just spend the money and get an insulted properly crafted machine.

We bought this ice maker and loved the size of the ice and how quickly it makes it. After about a month it kept making a squealing noise and we would have to unplug it for a while and plug it back in. Then it would start making it again. We returned to Best Buy and they replaced it. The new one works great and I have not had any issues.

It makes very cold and fast cooling nugget ice and does it quickly. Other than being a little on the noisy side it works great.

Machine looks very nice has a nice little set up. Makes great chewable ice. Cons: it works when it wants too you have to turn it off and then back on if it tells you it needs water or it will not make ice even if you feel the water tank unless you turn off the power and back on about 2 weeks after I received it followed all directions for setting it up It started making a whining sound while making ice it never stops once it starts I do not recommend this ice maker going to use it for the year it will last but will not purchase again

Love this ice maker! So easy to use. We never run out of ice now. I can't say enough about this machine. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for one. This is the Best one!

Made ice really quickly only reason for the 4 stars is you have to remove the ice once it is made as it will start melting in the drawer

Works really well! Once the ice starts melting, it recycles the water to make more. We drain after every cycle and clean it regularly and it works perfect. Had it about a month.

This unit takes approximately 1 hour to fill the bin, not the 10 minutes advertised. Because this is a countertop device, the ice bin isn't insulated like a true freezer. The ice sits at room temperature, which means if you attempt to store it, it quickly melts and melds together into a solid block that is incredibly difficult to break apart. This completely defeats the purpose of having nugget ice. On top of that, the unit runs very loud. If you're thinking of hiding it away in a laundry room to escape the noise, good luck — the ambient heat from doing laundry only makes the room temperature worse, causing the ice to melt even faster.

I love the Ice Nugget Machine. I have purchused a few in the past. This by far is the favorite... The cost was also a good bonus for me as well.

At first it was a really nice product it made ice fast but with only 2 months of use completely stop working because I have total tech i thought it had warranty but when I bought it I didn’t see it was a third party seller
