Sound is great! Speakers are loud and clear! Yet when you try to use the singing machine SM KARAOKE APP It stops during a song and like makes some ugly noise.

I'll give it 0 stars if i could. It was a waste of $100 that i could have used on something better. It broke and kept rebooting itself the first time i turned it on. Customer support has limited hours during work day and I'm at work during the day and can't even call for help. Don't buy it!!!

We purchased this as an early Christmas gift for our 9 year old. It looks impressive but when we tried to use the app we had a lot of difficulties getting it setup and getting the subscription completed to get access to the full music. We could not find any live support anywhere and two days later we will be returning this.

This product is such a great one, i didnt give it five stars because it had some really popular songs missing on the app ( not sure if they are one or sep so i cant really blame the product fully )

Plastic towers speakers were not well made. Feedback of muffled like sound wouldn’t go away. Once the membership was paid for 10k songs, the system worked fine. Overall a C+ rating
