Skip & Flip - It Was I: Very Best of - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Skip and Flip went from playing frat parties at the University of Arizona to nationwide fame when their infectious pop hit the radio in '59. They've both had long, multifaceted careers (Skip with the Byrds and Flying Burrito Brothers, Flip as a producer/writer/hit maker), but we'll always remember them for It Was I; Cherry Pie; Fancy Nancy, and the rest of these great early pop songs. 15 tracks.
