With sous vide, gas and induction on the cooktop, our new 36-inch Pro Range features a first-of-its-kind design to be one of the most versatile ranges on the market. But that's just the beginning of our flexibility story. Thanks to our configuration of induction and two gas burners, the range emits less ambient heat, allow you to pair it with a lower CFM hood and possibly skip the installation of an expensive make-up air system.
