Q: Is this program different than Luminar AI ?
A: I'm not sure this will be much help but there is a YouTube video that compares the two with pros and cons. It helped me decide and hopefully it will help you as well. I did not purchase the AI and I'm happy with the other program. Plus I purchased at a great price on sale.
Q: Will this program allow you to make videos also?

Q: What does 2-device download mean? will i be able to download separately to two computers?
A: Yup that is correct! So you will use the same license and account for both of them, but it does allow you to use it on multiple computers at the same time. Say you wanted to put it on a third computer though, it would boot off the first one you added to keep it as two.
