I’ve been in the market for a decent prebuilt gaming pc and I’m glad I found this machine! It runs smoothly and can handle whatever games I throw at it. I play a lot of Apex Legends and Escape from Tarkov and it performs beautifully. I highly recommend this product if you are looking to upgrade your gaming experience!

Let me preface this review by saying that I've had to return three pre-built systems made by a different company, all three of them were defective. I had heard good things about Skytech so decided I would give them a try. Unfortunately I have had a couple very frustrating issues with this system. My first issue is that the photographs in the listing clearly show an AIO watercooling system. However, this PC does NOT come with an AIO! In fact, it comes with a very cheap air cooler that causes the 11700f to thermal throttle and reach CPU package temps in the high 90s! This PC is being shipped with inadequate cooling and the product images are misleading. My second issue is that the cooler's piping is bent, causing the cooler to sit at an upward angle. This makes it so that the CPU fan hits against the motherboard heat spreader and makes it impossible to fit that fan all the way onto the CPU cooler. So not only is it a low quality and inadequate cooler but it is also potentially damaged. After computer #4, this is the last time I will be purchasing a pre-built system from Best Buy, and I suggest you do the same. I will be contacting Skytech tomorrow and I really hope this can be sorted because at this point I am tired of having to return systems. I just need a PC that works.
