Long time xbox supporter here finally decided to buy myself a pre build and went with this beautiful machine all I can say is I’m in love skytech really did their thing with this one I don’t really know all about the specs but all my buddies told me this was a beast and from the reviews it seemed best fit for my price range it came within 3 business perfect condition all around my only complaint is the instructions we’re kinda sloppy so I struggled a bit lol computer is amazing and isn’t too loud at all A1

Recieved a Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ti, cool master Cpu Cooler, an Adus mother board, Everything worked fine! Graphics are great! PC IS FAST! Only thing is you wont lbow what parts youre going to get, its random

Took a chance on this after striking out trying to find a 30 series card and wow did it deliver. Asrock motherboard, G. Skill Tident RAM, 3070ti FE, EVGA psu, Seagate m.2 ssd. Been about a week of moderate/heavy use and so far it has been running beautifully. Runs quiet and so cool. The case looks amazing and everything has RGB lighting pretty much. The build itself is clean and very well put together. This is a perfect build for a 2k 144hz monitor. Came with a MSI mouse and Skytech keyboard, not the best quality but much better than what companies usually give you. Only downside so far is the RGB controls for the case fans. It is only controlled by a button on the top of the case. I didn't see a remote or anything. Very very minor issue when comparing to all the power this thing packs.

I got my PC 2 days ago and honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised. I had never bought a Skytech Gaming PC before and was unsure of the company or product the would put out. Let me just say, given the GPU market right now, I decided to bite the bullet and get this thing. When it arrived, it was so well packaged and everything was so neatly organized. It even had a Skytech folder in it with quality control checklist signed and dated stating that everything within the case and the case itself had been inspected. I have been gaming and 1440p on ultra settings and this thing hasn't even flinched. Has great airflow and thermals. I got some great components. I was so happy to see my GPU and PS were both EVGA and my RAM is Trident Gskill. Skytech has made me a believer in prebuilts. Thanks so much guys and gals! Will definitely buy from you again! With the chip shortage - this was the fastest way to get the device I wanted. I was a bit skeptical with pre-built gaming pc's but I was won over when I scheduled an appointment with the technical support rep. You have to schedule an appointment, but when you schedule an appointment the rep, Daniel M, was very helpful. He went above and beyond and assisted with updating bios, drivers, etc and gave the double check to make sure the PC is running optimally.

Not a great experience. I had to exchange this computer 2 times aka 3 computers. The first time, the leg of the PC case was broken because it was horribly packaged (it seems like a display model they sent me as it wasn't the official box). It would turn on and display at least. The second PC (first exchange), the PC would not turn on. Seems like a faulty power supply. I exchanged it for a third PC. It would turn on but it wouldn't display. It seems like the display port was messed up as nothing could display and none of the fans turned on (I opened and tested it out in-store with the best buy employees because so many troubles with this brand/model). I guess on to other brands and models.

Great pc 2nd one I’ve bought from this company both have been awesome and work great haven’t found a game that doesn’t run smooth.

Overall i like this pc, i dont have any issues with it. I would recommend. The only down side is that there is no Bluetooth on this pc for me. Guess is only installing or something but so far i like it.

Quiet, Powerful, everything you will need you gaming PC to do!

A great gaming computer, great specs at a fair price. One problem however is that it has only 1 sata plug, so you can only have 2 storage capacities, 1 ssd and 1 hdd. The reason why I am giving a 3 star rating is because the side of the case came with a big scratch mark on it. I did not send it back however because I decided just to put a big sticker on it to cover it because I do not want to wait for it again.

Works better than I could have imagined and stays cool during game play.

like the title said i did received evga3070 ti. wasn't expecting they would send evga one. i was a littttle skeptical about buying this at first but i'm happy with what i god.

My husband loves it! He plays wow and the game is very smooth. But it the fans do get loud so you might need a software to lower down the loundess of the fans.

Quality was very bad and for the price not worth it.

Computer had Graphics card pulled from the socket. I believe it was the foam bags that were put in which pushed the card out. I tried to reseat the card but the computer would not boot. I don't know if something else was broken also. Due to how much I paid for it I took it back.

My grandson loves it The quality is outstanding. Doesn’t seem to have any defects. We love the system. Thank you, Best Buy.
